We do the same as Maria, and charge on our credit card we have setup with DCL before the cruise and pay off the credit card after the cruise.
This is what we do as well .

Everything is paid off except for plane tickets. Will Southwest ever open up September dates. I'm soooooo impatient to have it all done.
I just used my Disney Visa to pay my DVC dues for the year and will pay it off when my tax returns come back. I was kinda disappointed at the Disney Dollar return. It's only like .01 per dollar charged. Will take forever for me to accrue a large amount. Guess I need to pay monthly bills with my Visa then pay Chase instead of they way I have been doing it.
I will also be linking my cruise to a CC, something I've never done in the past.
Are there any prepay deals going on with Photopass? Would love to go ahead and purchase and pay for a picture package.
Welcome aboard to the new folks. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Only 227 more days. So much to do, so little time

Hi everyone. I have been reading the thread and am very excited to being going on this cruise with all of you. My group is my husband and me. (No kids!!) Our princess will be starting her senior year of high school while we escape for two weeks of complete bliss.
I am new to the boards and am very glad to share in the pre trip excitement with all of you.
they do have that option on some of the cruises, but currently there is nothing showing out of San Diego. Perhaps later in the year it will show up. they are probably trying to decide how much to charge. The link is in the On Board Gifts area when it is available.
Donna and were talking about a week ago, and she said that since we will be celebrating my birthday on this cruise, she wants to go over to WDW and celebrate her birthday in July. So Monday I called and got us dinner reservations at Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. While I had them on the phone, I told them we will be celebrating my wife's birthday, and the reservationist said she would be sure they bring us a cake to our table. She is going to be soooooooooo surprised. We have tried to get reservations at Be Our Guest before, but it was always booked up. Beauty and the Beast is her favorite Disney Movie, so this is perfect.![]()
We don't Joyce. We set up a credit card for an account on board the ship. But I know allot of people do put cash on their on board account. So it won't be a problem for you to set this up. I don't know how to go about setting it up, but hopefully someone on our thread who does this same thing can explain it to you.![]()
We will look to use cash as we get charged for having usd to sterling conversion on our credit cards ttxx
Has anyone applied for Cape Canaveral tix from their congressperson? I just found out about this and know nothing about it. We have done the White House and the Capitol with those tickets, and had no idea that Cape Canaveral was one of them too. Our 9 (then 10) year old is a big space junkie and would love to do that when we disembark. We haven't bought return plane tickets yet and are deciding on if we should stay an extra day or two.
Okay I have a fun confession:
I tried on my tankini that I bought 7 years ago when I lived in Newport Beach and thought I was "such a cow!" because I was a size 12/14 when I lived in skinny Newport Beach. It fit! I looked adorable. Score. And I tried on my sister's medium shirt... fit. So yeah... I am kinda' glad I haven't been buying clothes for this cruise or my sister's wedding yet. (Thought I should tell y'all since I got sick and posted what happened... this is what happens when you don't eat fat.)

Is this something new? Living in Tx., we have been to NASA here many times. It is set up for tourists, school groups, etc. In Fla. We've gone a few times and never had Congressional tix- did the tour, walked through the space shuttle Discovery, etc. We did have the tix for the WH tour many years ago and were there when there was a possible shooter out front- they had us all down on the floor until the Feds shot the guy. Memories..
