Wonderful Panama Canal Sept 2014

The ship is beautiful enough on its own; but look at that sun beaming down! (and you can see how low she's getting!) (I was on September 2013 crossing so just reliving the day [in the opposite direction:)])

Sweet! We can't book excursions until later this month. So I am envious! Laura and I need to go through them once again to make sure we've got them pegged down.

Has anyone given thought to preferred Dining Rotation? :rolleyes1

Also does the cruise offer anything similar to "memory maker" photo package that they offer at WDW? Flat rate for unlimited digital photos? :confused3

Funny you should mention dining rotation. Mynfirst cruise I worried over which to pick and then if is get what I picked. But now, come what may. I'm happy with whatever I get.

dining rotation doesn't bother me, per se….I will get to all three so not a big deal.

They do have a photo package usually that you can find under the gift tab, but they do not show it on the Panama cruise. I don't know if they will offer it or not later down the line….

Photo pre order isn't available yet - they are just up to the Sept 1st to 8th cruise at the moment so maybe in a week or 2 ours will be available for pre purchase. I keep checking and will report back on the price when I see it.

HI everyone, I inadvertently posted on the old thread so I am reposting here. I will be traveling with my husband Norm, my son Nathan and my daughter in law Kristen. I am in 6578 and my son is right across the hall in 6581. We are so excited about the cruise! This is our 5th Disney cruise and we are long time DVC members. I am looking forward to learning more about this forum. Thanks!

Welcome Maryanned and family!!!!

My concern with dining rotation was I didn't want to miss something special when I plan Palo....but then I thought...Palo is just so super special anyway it really doesn't matter. (I guess I was over thinking again..:(

I've been checking as well. I tried to remember to look up the WBPC for an idea as to cost, but forgot and missed it. We always pre-order the package as that is my 'souven-ear' from our trips. Pictures mean more to me than tee shirts or knickknacks. And it takes up less room to have the cd.

Donna and I were the same way Steve with our first cruise. But ever since we go with the flo and take whatever Disney gives us in the dining rotation. It has always been GREAT!

Not sure about the "Memory Maker" photo package on board the ship. I know Disney does offer a Photo CD - and I'm sorry I don't know the price of the CD - on board the ships. From what I can remember, (remember I'm old, and I don't remember allot!!), it is a little pricey. If someone who has sailed recently can give us some idea of the cost?:confused3
