Wonder Excursions

We are doing the 3 nite in October.It is our first Disney Cruise and we don't know whether to do an excursion or not.We fancy visiting Atlantis.Any thoughts about this or any orher excursions or things to do at Cataway Cay or Nassau.

Keith, we are sailing in september on the four night Wonder. We booked a room at Comfort Suites in Nassau. This gives us full use of the Atlantis beach, pools, aquarium, etc. The cost for four of us will be $148 plus tax. That is a LOT cheaper than booking the Disney Atlantis Beach excursion which does NOT include the water park, aquarium, etc. You can cancel up t 48 hours before arrival so if the weather is going to be bad or there is ahurricane brewing I will call and not be charged.

You should consider simply staying on the ship and taking advantage of all it has to offer, particularly since it's such a short cruise and you will be going to CC the next day anyway. Last year on the 4 night cruise we spent a day doing an excursion in Freeport and were kind of mad at ourselves afterward. Although it was fun we felt we missed a lot on the ship. This year, 4 night again, we will stay on the ship in Nassau and do an excursion at CC. I've noticed a trend with repeat cruisers on this board, many feel the same way. Have a great cruise whateve you decide.
