Wolfgang Puck PS or reservation???

I am thinking of dining at Wolfgang Puck's after the early Le Cirque. Do they take a PS or dinner reservation? I will be using the Silver Plan which will be 2 wishes.

Reservations.
We at at Wolfgang Pucks on our Jan trip and had a wonderful meal.
Disney dining gave me there phone number and I call the morning of of our dinner to make reservations. It was no problem.
The place was very busy, I am glad I made a reservation and next time will call a few days out.

When we went last December, it seems like I remember them saying that they only took reservations for 6:00 (or maybe it was 6:30) or earlier.

Edit: This was for the downstairs Cafe.
