Wolfgang Puck Cafe?

We have reservations in the begining of October for Wolfgang Puck Cafe. We are on the dining plan and I am not sure if we can/should eat upstairs or downstairs? With the dining plan do we have a choice? If we do have a choice, which should we do, up or down?

We are going to be eating there 2X (have ADR's for both). We inquired the same ?? about upstair or downstair dining too, Only the downstair dining area is honoring the DDP. You should check out their menu before you go. YUUMMMY!

We have selected Wolfgang Puck's for a trip next January. I was told my my TA at Dreams Unlimited that the upstairs is the one that is covered for 2006. The downstairs is an express walk-up and is NOT covered with the 2006 DDP. She states she got this information from Disney. She also said that because the DDP info is not out for 2007, things could change.

There is another WGP express that does quick lunch counter service on the other side of DTD. The one on the West Side is WGP Cafe where there is a downstair cafe plus an upscale dining area on the second floor. You should check this site for more details; http://allearsnet.com/pl/packages06a.htm

I just ate at both Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Wolfgand Puck Express in June.

The Cafe (downstairs of a 2 story building) has just been remodeled and the dining area expanded (as of mid-June 2006). I spoke at length to the manager about the newly expanded area. It will continue to be table service with some nice water views. The downstairs (not the upstairs) is included in the dining plan in 2006 as a table service. (Interesting side note: the upstairs does not have a kitchen and uses the downstair's kitchen)

The Express is in the Marketplace and is counter service. The Express is a one floor building.
