Wolfgang Puck Cafe question

I was thinking of trying Wolfgang Puck's Cafe for dinner this August-I've never been there. Can I make an ADR for this restaurant? I don't want the upstairs part. What I really want is just sushi and maybe dessert. I've heard you can go in and sit at the sushi bar-which I'd love to do-but I'll have my 7 year old with me...can we still sit at the sushi bar even though he'll order something else off the kid's menu?

We enjoyed it so much we went twice........in one day!!! The second time was around dinner time and we met up with my friend who wanted to try after hearing my DD and I talk so much about our sushi lunch. We didn't have ADRs at the time and we walked in and sat outside by the lake. But to answer your question yes they take ADRs and if you want to sit at the sushi bar I would just request it. I don't think there would be a problem

The sushi bar is great, I highley recommend it! The last time I was there a family was seated at the other end of the sushi bar, they had no problem ordereing off the kids menu for them.
