WLV Pin received in Mail yesterday.

Has anyone received a WLV Pin from Member Services to celebrate the opening of the Villa's?? I was so surprised yesterday when I opened the mailbox and found this little package from MS. I was even more surprised when I opened it and found this collectors pin!!!

I wonder if they are sending it to all DVC Members??

Yes, they are sending it to all DVC members. I received mine about two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the holder in the back of the pin won't hold my pin onto my lanyard! Does anyone know where to find them so I can replace this bad one?

I had trouble with the back of one of my pins, too and purchased a package of backs at CSR last month. They were about $1.00. Maybe the Disney store carries them too?

I just about gave up and then there it was in the mailbox yesterday. I actually thought it was lost in the mail.

The pin is very nice and will make a nice addition to my collection.

Now I am looking forward to receiving the Vacation Magic magazine - another three to four weeks, I guess.

But no matter, I'll be returning home in 9 days –starting to pack already - can't wait.

Hello Linda

We made these reservations 11 months out and I can believe it nearly here. I've been looking forward to this with a passion. I have all the PS reservations made.

We own at both OKW and BWV's. We are splitting our stay between the two resorts this time and bringing friends who have never stayed on property before. I am sure they are going to love the experience. We're three adult couples. No children this time.

We're just a few blocks north of McLean Av.

I see you are a big fan of the Polynesian Resort. My DW and I first stayed there in 1976 and loved it. You really feel that you are on a south Pacific island. We make it a point to stop by and visit every trip. I can't wait to check out the new pool.

I have to say that i don't think that they are giving this pin to all DVC members,we used to get pressies when we first joined OKW but have'nt had anything for about 4 year's.
