WL w/ bunk beds

We've booked a lodge view room at WL and have requested bunk bed/queen bed configuration.

Our TA told us that they can't promise it, but we do have it on request.

Has anyone requested this sort of room and not gotten it? Is there anything we can do to improve our chances?

I requested bunk beds at AKL on two trips. One time I got them; one time I did not. I'm not sure what can be done to improve your chances. Good luck.

I requested bunks at AKL and did not get them. We got two queens instead. It taught me a lesson - next time we will pay for deluxes if I think we need an extra bed. I never get my requests anyway, should have known!
