From WL lodge the bus is your only option, unless you drive. MGM is not on the monorail. Only the Magic Kingdom and then a transfer to monorail to Epcot.

How long does it take to get from WL to MGM by bus?

I think it took like 20 minutes because we stopped at another resort on our way, not long at all. WL buses were GREAT.

The bus to and from WL isn't bad at all. It runs regularly and you don't have the crowds that you have going to and from Epcot.
