Plan A:
Boat from WL to MK
Monorail to TTC
Monorail to Epcot

Plan B:
Bus from WL to Epcot (the bus stops at FW on the way)

We're not only concerned with time of travel, but also comfort/convienience.

We'll be traveling with DS1 and his stroller, also.

MK has am EMH that morning, so the boats will be running early enough to make it to Epcot rope drop.

Thanks!

Bus might be faster but I have never taked a WL bus that has gone through FW. this must be during a slow time, the buses I took went directly to the park.
The boat to the monorail would be a nice relaxing ride but not the fastest. If you are going to MK then going over to Epcot take the monorail from MK then switch to the Epcot monorail, stroller can be left with child in it.
If you are taking the boat or buses all strollers have to be folded and carried on. Not easy with kids and all the stuff that goes along with them.

I think it takes 10 minutes by bus, plus upto a twenty minutes wait for the bus. That is a max 30 minutes.

The boat will take about 15 minutes, plus the wait. Then two monorails plus the waits. This will be a minimum 30-35 minutes.

Definitely the bus.

The bus is the best way to get there. The bus starts at WL so there will be no problem getting a seat. Even with the stop at the outpost, it won't take more than about 10 minutes to get to Epcot.

The boat, monorail, monorail is going to take a lot of time and you could possibly (but unlikely) not get a seat on the TTC to Epcot leg as you will also have day guests picking up the Monorail at the TTC
