WL Price seems higher than I expected....

I have been pricing room only offers for August, and in the past, AKL and WL were always comparable in price. Now, in all room categories, WL is much more expensive (by $100 or so). Is it not included in the new promotion? Or has something changed?

I wouldn't neccessarily think of $100 being "much more" expensive...I think that's the same ballpark.

You could call and see if there are diff % being applied to each resort...it's possible that 1 has 20% off while the other has 25% (for example).

The $100 price difference was for one night only. So that's at least a 25% price difference. I consider that to be significant.

From looking at Mousesavers, it appears that AKL is being discounted 30% and WL is only discounted 5%.

Oh yes! $100/night is a big difference...I thought you meant $100 total price.

But yeah, the discount difference would explain that!

Is WL getting a refurb? If yes, when?

The WL refurb is going on right now. They have completed the 6th and 7th floor north wing. They are working their way down - North wing first then South wing. I believe the S. wing is slated to begin on 7/7.
