Well, I make PS's for dinner every night, so this hasn't been a problem, nor would I think it would be.
As far as the transportation goes, I don't see every person in every restaurant leaving at once to get someplace.
As far as the tyvek wristbands, they are made of a material which is almost imposible to simply "rip off", so I do'nt see that being a problem either. Like other posters have said, this is done at many of the finest resorts in North America, and it has been successful.
As far as people bringing back the bands to use again, I don't see this working, as they can't be simply taken off, they have to be cut or carefully ripped off, and guest services could ask for current room ID before issuing a new one.
