WL concierge floor question...

OK- sounds like most of the rooms at the WL have great views. Does anyone have any input as to which views are great from the concierge level.

Hi,

If you want a castle view then a good room to request would be 7044....we stayed in that room and had a great castle view and a view of the otter pond. There have been a few complaints about noise with that view because it also has the service entrance below....personally for us, we didn't hear a thing. The courtyard views from up there look great too.


As far as requests of the concierge team....you can ask for just about anything....if they have it and can accomodate they usually will. We requested some special food items...they were great about that. Also were really helpful with any info about pretty much anything in the area that we needed help with. They also gave us a great directions list to get to a few places (we rented a car)....it was really a detailed yet simple direction list....very effective.
