WL bus question

Which resorts do they share with when heading to Epcot Ak Dhs?

No stops within The Fort-just Settlement Depot.

We have shared with the GF many times while heading to other parks, I specifically recall that being the case as we could grab the AK bus and get to 1900 Park Fare easily. Maybe the routes have changed, but you can always ask the bus driver/ attendant(if there is one). Often Epcot bus is to Ft. Wilderness after picking up at WL. The only bus we never had to share with was to MK. It was awesome!

The folks in the dedicated WL thread can answer this easily.
I think all but MK share in some way. It's one of the things I like the least about the MK resorts in general. Too much sharing.

I did ask there but often on those resort threads questions get swallowed up fast and not answered Thinking ahead to 2018 and have VWL on our short list. The whole bus sharing thing makes me and my family car sick on the bus for too many stop and gos so was researching this now. My 11 month mark would be may 13th 2017 for a trip april 13-20th 2018

Poly usually shares with GF lately, and WL with CR.

We use uber a lot at WDW now for this very reason. We stayed at WL 6 years ago and I swore never again precisely because of sharing buses. It took forever to get to every park except MK. We are finally going back this August, but only because I know I can call Uber and for $5-$7 be just about anywhere on property in about 10 - 15 minutes.

good tip to think about. We stay on property yearly and dont rent a car ever. We also tend to shy away from resorts that do too much sharing or have many bus stops. We had VWL booked for 2016 and were moved to BCV due to the construction, this year we are heading to AKL and like the bus system there pretty good. Thinking of 2018 and weighing pros and cons

WL does not share buses with FW. There is a bust that connects WL to FW. It is just CR that shares with WL to parks.

WL shares the Epcot bus with FW. CR doesn't have a bus to Epcot because it has the monorail. WL shares the DHS, AK, and Disney Springs bus with Contemporary, just not the Epcot bus. If the monorail is down then WL bus will pick up passengers at CR.

Sorry but that is not correct. When we stayed in November the bus to MK shared with FW during quieter times.

Agree with others, we certainly stopped at FW on the way to Epcot this past November. I clearly remember it because it seemed like it took forever! The next day, same trip just earlier in the day, no stop at FW. Things change.

In 2015 our DHS bus stopped at Poly and WL...
This year we only ever stopped at FW and CR...
However, we did get sneaky our last day...We had park hoppers, so we bought the Express Transportation add on...We took a resort bus to AK, used Express bus to Epcot, than used the Express bus to MK, then walked to the boat dock and used the boat...Worked beautifully and was a great way to end the day with a boat ride.

It only stops at the Outpost.

There are internal buses that people have to use if they want to go to the Settlement area.

I think that there is a bus that will take you to the Settlement area for the Hoop Dee Doo revue, but that only runs during the revue show times.

You can walk along the jogging path from the Wilderness Lodge bus stop to the Settlement area. It is a lovely 15 -20 minute walk and you come out right by the pony stables. And there is a boat that will take you to the Settlement area, too.
