Thanks Jackie - it seems like such a great resort, just hopefully the construction won't be too much in the way. I hope your shin starts to feel better!
Got my 2 miler in this evening. My feet felt like concrete blocks, but I think that was because the route I was on was super hilly. All the up/down, up/down started to make my shins and right, gimpy ankle hurt slightly. I tried to take it easier on the pace so I wasn't pushing it so much. Ran the two miles in 22:48.
OK, I'm starving must go eat. Oh, and for all my fellow AI fans - Stephanie - WHAT???? How is Sanjaya still there after Tuesday night's abomination of a song he sang? At this rate that boy is going to stick around for weeks... Not to be mean to the guy, but Stephanie did not deserve to go...

Weather was great, although still a bit windy. A total of 4.78 miles, just over half a 15K. No way I coudl have gone double at that pace, though. OH well, it just feels great to be off the TM! (Not that I was very good at staying on.
)
THEN I got on the bike -- 30 minutes. 6.17 miles. Oh, and I burned a total of 450 calories, according to the equipment I was on -- sparkpeople says it was more than 500, but I'll go with 450!
8:30s ANgie? And you're afraid you're out of shape???? OMG, please don't add any runs to your week or you'll burn up the course and we'll have to try to get around teh flames!
Well, we found out lasat spring that he had done Goofy.. lol, now he's Goofy Guy. BTW, running on a slope like that very likely caused your problem. Even teh normal slope of a road, if you always run teh same way, can do it. Hope the flat helps!
AI--why is Stephanie gone and Sanjaya is STILL there? Stupid teeny-boppers....
