Hello everyone!
For those new to us, we're a group of people who are planning to participate in walking/running events throughout the year. Some of us are training for the 2006 Disneyland Half and for the 2007 WDW Half/Full marathons. We'll also be posting news/training for various other events throughout the year. We range from non-running beginners to triathletes. Come join us, whether you're training for an event or walking/running for fitness!

Good training everyone!
Looks like another festive year.
!
for your commitment to such a cool event! What do you guys get to do there?
Mizunos that have a bit of stability and cushion.
They really do help! My leg's better than it's been in days!
My pace is down a lot, but I'm excited to have managed all the 4 minute runs
I am going to do the Army Ten Miler in DC on Oct 8 with Lynne. It starts at the Pentagon. It will show me if I am in shape for WDW in Jan.
Who was slamming on me about training alone in blazing hot conditions???? Kevin????
SO EXCITED! DH couldn't say no to them!
.
We really do need the rain and looks like we will be getting some over the next few days.
. Thanks for asking! Your new run/walk plan sounds really good...I wish you tons of PD as you embark on it. I know you'll do great!
your way!
