Wk of July 29--WISH Walking/Running Club

Wow, 4pgs of posts and it's only Monday afternoon--is there some taper madness going around here that I'm unaware of?????? Well, I did my 10 miles today on the dreadmill. By 6 miles I was ready to quit out of sheer boredom, but kept plodding along--I was trying to see how many different people I could outlast on the TM. I finished in 92:00.

We got our DVC add-on finalized today, and switched our ressies for Jan. over to BWV to get 2 1 bed. to accomodate FIL and his gf. And you guys would die over this--FIL is now complaining over the price of the villa, and we are only charging him our cost for the 5 days ($5/pt) Let's see him find anything cheaper! Ugh, you try to do something nice

Cam and Howard--Love the pics! You guys are such cuties!

Cam--Hope the migraine is short lived

Krista--glad to see you back--sounds like you had a wonderful bday party! Glad the training is going well for Columbus, and yippee that we'll see you in Jan!

Steve--Um, do we know you???? Should we just welcome you to the bunch like a newbie?;) Great to see you back around here, and great news about signing up for the full in Jan. Glad to hear the ankle is doing better and your training is going strong

Judy--glad to hear that the foot is healing nicely--don't push it! We want to see you in Oct and Jan!

Martha--Isn't it Murphy's law or something that says that as soon as DHs go out of town all heck breaks loose at home. That has happened to me more than once--the most memorable is when DH and I were engaged and I was apt. sitting for him when he was in Buffalo on business. Wouldn't you know I was out walking the dog and lost the only apt. key. I had to call my mom collect from a gas station--have her call DH in Buffalo--he had to call the apt. people to get a security officer to come let me in. It was awful! Hope things calm down at home for you sooner than later!

Dana--PD that you get your AC fixed ASAP!:wizard: Our last winter in WI our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year--it was 13 below and we had no heat except our fireplace--it was awful!

All-righty, better get off of here before the kiddos figure out where I've been hiding! :rolleyes1 Have a great afternoon all!

My apologies for not being able to respond to every one - kind of a case of WTO right now, but here are the details on my 9 miler:

I opted to start at Sandy Beach (which really has no sand at all) and run the pathway up the Elbow River. Why is it that as soon as you think "bathroom" you have to find one right away or you think you are going to die? Luckily I ran into some at just the right moment! At one point in the park I noticed a dog out who didn't seem to have an owner with him. I stopped the Garmin to see what was going on. Luckily his owner found him, but I forgot to start the Garmin... Not knowing how much I missed I decided to go till 4.5 mi and turn around, then figure out how much I was off. Turns out it was 0.45 miles...oops! When I was getting close to the turnaround point the pathway was under construction and the detours were not marked... Just kept going on the sidewalk, even though it wasn't maybe the best neighborhood, but ran quickly to turn around. Ran into a couple visiting from England trying to walk to a market that was REALLY far away. I advised them to head out since they were heading into the bad neighborhood. OK, now I'm heading back to the car and I'm back on the pathway running through what I thought was an OK spot. It happened to be deserted on the pathway right when a couple of fellows who did not look so savoury wandered onto the pathway. They were twitching and acting funny and I was SCARED! I sprinted past them and luckily no more sightings of unsavoury folks and the pathways got busier. I will not be running up that far on that pathway again...

I finished in 1:42:something for an 11:23/mi pace. Not including that 0.45 when I was running with the stopped watch. And an observation: Margarita Shot Bloks are not tasty at all. Blech!

Looks like I may have something of an answer on why the bagel works better than the Marathon bar. I had some tests done at the hospital on Fri which showed that my tummy is very S-L-O-W at digesting. I only digested 26% of the nuclear egg salad I ate instead of the 70% that normal folks would. Apparently, my tummy is severely slow :guilty: The gastroenterologist hasn't called yet with a plan, but generally, it's small frequent, easily digestible meals and an assortment of drugs to make the tummy move faster.

I can't say I'm entirely surprised based on the symptoms I've been having, but I am a little stunned by the severity

Good news is no gallstones!

Hey Guys.

I have plenty of joy to share if anyone needs any!!!:wizard:

I got the raise I asked for at work, they agreed they needed me more than the other optical stores in town.

Erica and I did a nice 9 mile walk this morning before it got to hot. Erica did super, she hasn't been into it for a while and I was tickled that she had her old fire back.

Erica is such a girl: Ecco Mary Jane walking shoes, Gym Girl Skirt, spagatti strap top over her sports bra. Women!

Have an awesome day y'all.

Dave:hippie:

WWDave - Great pics from your race!
Cam and Howard - Sounds like you two had a blast on you vacation! I love the pics of the resort and ship!
Krista - Glad to hear you had a nice birthday! Sorry you and Steve won't be able to make it to CDC, but kids come first (and even if they have 4 legs and are furry, they're still our kids).
Dana - Wow....I hope your AC gets fixed really, really, REALLY soon. Keep Cool!
Chimera - Good to hear no gallstones! Hopefully the treatment/therapy will work for you and speed up your digestion.
Leana - Good job on the 9 miler. That was nice of you to steer the English couple away form the dodgy (at least that's how Hugh Grant would call it in "Love Actually") area.
Stephanie - FIL complaining over $5/pt?!?! He knows he's going to Disney right? Not Crazy Phil's Snake Emporium and Gift Boutique? $5/pt is like super-duper cheap!
Beth - You'll get your miles up before you know it. Don't get too discouraged.
Jen in GA - 7 miles is better than none for sure. Don't beat yourself up too much!

Well my LR today was a little warmer than the race on Saturday. The temp was about the same, but the humidity was more noticable. I brought along GU so I wouldn't end up like last LR (all fuzzy/light headed). Used GU at 1 hr, then at 2 hrs. I should have brought along a MArathon bar too as I started to get really hungry after 12 miles. I went a total of 16 miles today and my legs felt pretty rubbery afterwards, but no pain, just some soreness in my left knee. But I was feeling sharp mentally so the GU worked. Took a 30 min ice bath and relaxed the rest of the day. According to John Bingham I'm supposed to be run/walking a 4/1 split right now, but when I was starting to do 3/1 I noticed that my legs hurt worse than a total run. I would run 4 miles, then the next time I would do a 3/1 (r/w) and my legs felt a lot worse, so I am upping my run time but keeping my walking time at 2 min. Today I finished my run (4minR/2minW) in 3hr 1 min for an avg pace of 11:18. I hope to be up to a 6minR/2minW by the day of my Marathon (9/23).

Happy Training!

FYI - The camo, zebra, and free love Gym Girls and Marathon Girls are all on sale for 50% off. WISH discount doesn't apply though. If you ordered before, careful on the sizing because to me, they now fit big. My old camo girl is an XL, but I had to exchange my zebra girl that I got a couple of weeks ago at a race expo for a L because there was such a drastic difference.

I wasnt last!! 5K Race results came in... ( posted a complete report on the other thread!)

my finish time was 46:37 with a pace of 15:01!!)

and I was 1061 out of 1143!!! (I couldnt have gone faster - I tried!!)

Jeanne - Welcome back! Yes, I'm signed up for the Raleigh Half - think we'll have a mini-WISH meet in November!

Leana - Glad to know about the Margarita Shot Bloks - had been thinking about trying them, but now I'll spend my money on other flavors!

Steve & Krista - Congratulations on signing up for the Full. Glad you're gonna be there in January. Better go ahead and book Hines' accommodations now!

Krista - I could try for the full marathon in Raleigh, but A: I don't want to start with a full, and B: I don't want to run a full before I run the half at Disney! I think I'm going to plan on a 2009 Mickey medal...

Update on DD - her eye is completely black and purple now. Lots of fun for a 16yr old girl! And band camp started today... Yesterday morning she felt a big pop in her shoulder and the pain improved, so we assume she probably dislocated it when she fell and finally popped it back in place on her own! I felt slightly guilty for not taking her to the ER, but they would have done the same thing, with a much larger bill.

Jackie

OK, GOnna' etst my memory. This may not be pretty, so I apologize in advance.

SWDAve & Coleen - COngrats on your great LRs!

Lily & Leana - :wizard: for your fur bablies!

Jackie - :wizard: FOr your dd!!!

VIc - :wizard: Dust for your wouns!! Yikes!:scared1:

Krsta & Steve - Noooo!!! You must come!!!!! :sad1:

Kathy - Thanks for teh pic and the update on your amazing girls! What amazing women your family has! (That would be you too!)

Beth - Welcome! 10 miles is my personal threshold fro when I feel like an endurance athelete. You did awesome! ARe you trying to increase by more than 10% per week? SOrry, I did not catch your story, but all I can think of is you may be trying too much too soon. You will get there, though!

Cam & Howard - Welcome back!

Dona - I think I have a jpg of the front of the shirts. You may be able to do a make-your-own iron on from that.

Jeanne - Good to see you again!

Shan - Are there any little local races you can sign up for? That tends to help me. IF we don't have races to train for, we're done.

Mel - SO sorry about the stomach. Hope you can get it going better. Would Gu's be easier for you?

Kristi - More traning, less Goo! ;)

Well, we did our COst Guard 10K SAturday. Where is KEVIN????? I didn't see him there. :-( Lots of hills, lots of heat adn lots of humidity, but I finished. My big thrill was realizing that teh Garmion did not auto pause on the last hill this year. The bad news was remebering that Scott had turned it off Friday night. I thought I did better than last year, but my pace was 2 seconds worse. I do think I felt better, though. I feel better baout teh potential heat for CDC knowing that I survived 6 miles that started after 9 am.

Thanks for all your concern about Scott!!! He was actually able to wear his contacts today. His eyes are a little dry, but that's not a real big deal in teh overall scheme of things. I was very proud of how well he protected his eyes from teh sun this wekend, though. ;)

Kristi - More traning, less Goo! ;)
Oh, man! NNow what fun is that? ;)
I am glad to hear Scott is doing much better though!

Mel - I thought I was the only one who has eaten the radioactive eggs! :rotfl: During one of my many endoscopies way back when, the doctor was not convinced that I didn't sneak in an egg mcmuffin or something that morning. I had popcorn or something around 10pm the night before and it was still in my stomach the next morning during the procedure. They never did anything about it though. :confused3 Glad they didn't find any gall stones - been there, done that as well.

Ok, so I went around the block tonight, half walking, half running - with Zack on his bike. It's only .6 or .7 miles, but it's the most I have done in a long time. :sad2: I am hoping mom will watch him tomorrow afternoon so I can get a 3 miler in. I just hate asking for her to babysit all the time!

Carrie -- So glad to hear about Scott. And congratulations on the awesome race result in that heat.

Sandy -- congratulations! :woohoo: AWESOME pace!!!

WWDave -- congrats on the raise!

Andrew -- 16 miles! Your pace rocks! :thumbsup2

Kathy -- I have been missing you and Lynne and Erin! Please give them both my love! So glad for all those babies that will be in Lynne's care.

Stephanie -- Congrats on the points! :) Just when Howard and I thought we had enough, Jenn and Andrew started making noise about bringing their families (that don't exist yet, mind you! ;) ) to Hilton Head DVC every year for Thanksgiving for an annual gathering of our family. Howard and I looked at each other and said "we're gonna need more points!"

Mel -- SOrry to hear about the digestion issues; but certainly the diagnosis is the first step toward treatment. I'm just glad you found something you can eat before a race (which reminds me, I am actually packing a cooler bag with bagels & peanut butter or cream cheese for CDC, I think. I'll just keep replenishing ziplocks with ice on Saturday! LOL!)

Jackie -- I'm glad DD's shoulder pain is diminishing. Poor kid. Please tell her your WISH family sends pixiedust:

Leana -- DO I have to go all "MOM" on you? You should know better than to take a chance running in unknown or unsafe environs. I am glad you're okay, but please dont' scare us like that again!

Martha -- UGH! on all the stuff going wrong in Craig's absence. I think the house is just expressing that it misses him. ;)

Okay, my migraine is still here, but I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the bike, just to prove to myself that I could do a workout even if I were feeling lousy. Not fun, but interestingly, I could mostly ignore the migraine while I was riding the bike. Not for long, but at least it was something.

I am off to bed to dream of safety yellow tee shirts on the shores of Lake MIchigan. :cool1: See you all in the morning, WISH buddies!

Wow! I'm going to try to hit everyone; I'm really sorry if I miss anybody! That's what I get for not running in the morning ...

Dana - I have to say I'd be pretty miserable without a/c right now! Yuck!
Sandy - Congrats on your first (of many) 5K!
Shan - Glad you got the Nike+ working! I think my stride is too inconsistent for something like that.
Jen - LR on hills?!? Wow, you are my hero!
Howard - Great job getting the runs in on vacation!
Bill - Hope the tick situation is resolved. We have woods (with deer) all around us so I'm constantly checking my dog.
Stephanie - 10 miles on the dreadmill is pretty impressive to me! I can't stand to do more than 4!
Trica - This is another reason I don't like the tm - they scare me!
Cam - PD for your migraine! I used to get them; they're awful.
Beth - 10 miles is great! Congrats on that!
Angie - PD for your back!
ohMom - Have fun with the Garmin -- I am very jealous!
Dave - Great photos and congrats on the raise!
Lily - So glad the dog is better!
Heather - I agree with you on not running outside in the dark. Not worth the risk.
Kim - Hi!
Leana - Hope the dog's okay. We went through some of that with ours a couple years ago.
Megan - PD for your grandfather and welcome back!
Krista - Glad you had a good birthday. I'm surprised you can still work out so much, as old as you are now!
Judy - Take it easy; 3 weeks will pass quickly!
princessmomma - have fun at WDW!
Stacey - does mileage run in dreams count?
Jeanne - I will also be at the ToT 13K, the Raleigh (half) and the Mickey!
Vic - safe travels!
Jen in GA - I'm impressed you can talk on a cell phone on the tm -- I'd probably go shooting off the back!
Nancy - Welcome!!!
Kim - I love love love my new shoes!! Yay Brooks!
Martha - sounds like the classic case of LTO
Mel - PD for your stomach issues!
Andrew - I have not been able to get myself to use Gu! Wish I could.
Jackie - at least your DD won't have to start the school year with a black eye!
Carrie - Congrats on your 10K!
Kristi - I have memories of running around the block with my DS on his bike! Hope you can get in your 3 miler.

Tonight I ran on the track while DD had soccer practice. I ran in my new shoes which I loved, loved, loved!! But I hate, hate, hate running on a track! At least I know how far I ran - 4.25 miles in 41:23. Tomorrow is an XT day for me.

One of our good friends is having surgery Wed to remove a brain tumor. He has 2 kids - 6 and 9 and could use some PD sent his way. Thanks!

Happy training, all! :)
Renee

good evening team!!

thanxs for all the pixiedust: regarding my back

No training for me tonight, unless you count great back to school shopping deals XT - probably not huh? :confused3

I will report I was very happy with my 3 miler last night  , still not keeping track of times, but I felt very strong and finished strongest since MINNIE - even in 91 degrees!! I was happy with that. -- 19 miles for the week is not so shabby compared to what i have done in the last couple of months

Have a good night

angie

Well, I got my first ever back to back run in this evening. Went out for my 5 miles. It wasn't pretty, but I got it done. I think I ate too much before I went out and it felt like I had a lead balloon in my stomach. 59:59 for an 11:59/mi pace.

Thanks for all the well wishes for Maggie. We are off to get her abdominal ultrasound tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

Cam - I know, I know...I totally shouldn't have been there, and honestly a few minutes beforehand I was right behind a big running group, but wrong place, wrong time I guess. My mom gave me what for tonight and told me I need to go buy a whistle to carry along. By the way - you and Howard look terrific in those pictures. I can tell that all your hard work is paying off Cam!

Renee - I'm with you, I hate running on the track too!

Kristi - Yay, you made it outside!! Good luck with your 3 miler tomorrow.

Carrie - Congrats on your 10K and I'm so glad to hear that Scott is doing better.

Andrew - Way to go on those 16 miles!! It sounds like your training is going great.

Dave - Glad to hear you had a terrific walk with Erica. Congrats on the raise as well, btw.

OK, must attempt to get some rest. I've really been dragging after the total lack of sleep this weekend.

Good night WISH Team. Not much to report here, just thought I'd tuck everyone in tonight.

DH's cousins are visiting us tomorrow so I'm not sure what I'll be doing. Thanks for the well WISHes for the pup. She's a bit tender, but seems to be better.

New Garmin users, you know it is like sharing the joys/pains of running with new folks. I am so thrilled that you are having these wonderful new toys, er tools. Learn how to use it on the fly if you must. Charge it up, push the "on" button on the side and then the start on the face. For a start it will amaze you to see it working.

I'm glad that the Gu is working, sorry that the digestive system seems off. So's mine. Seems to be a lot of that around here. I've found a new flavor of Sport Beans at our running store. I kinda like the red ones I think they are punch or something like it. I mix it up so I am always experimenting with what works for me, Gu vanilla bean and oh the caffine ones first out in the a.m., Sport Beans, Shot Bloks--I like raspberry I think those are the ones I keep going back to.

Leana, I'm glad you are safe and know to not try that path again by yourself.

Kristi and Steve, sorry no CDC, glad WDW though.

Andrew, wow lots of miles there. Good for you.

Renee, PD for your friend and surgery.

Dave good for that raise and that you and your girlie Erica had a good walk.

I'm thinking that mileage in dreams does count so I must go start mine now!

Good morning everyone. We finally had a day with no rain so I was able to get out without any excuses. Granted since we are still a swamp here, the humidity was about where Martha's was around 125% and it was hot. But I got 5 miles in with a 10:54 pace even with the bad weather. Lynnda said I looked sunburned again even though it was night.

I think we have the upper hand on the tick problem now. I didn't find any on the dog yesterday and the stray ones in the house are either dead or look close to being that way. I just hope they aren't regrouping for a bigger attack when we aren't expecting it.

Lily - Glad the pup is doing better. Hope it continues that way.

Leana - Congrats on the back to back runs. Sorry you didn't feel too god but glad you were able to get it done. Glad you were able to make it out of the shady part of town as well. Hoping your dog makes a quick recovery.

AngieT - Glad you are feeling better after your runs. That is a great weekly mileage and hopefully I can get back up there soon.

Renee - Glad you were able to get your run in and love your new shoes. That is a great time.

Cam - Sorry you didn't feel good with your migrane but a big congrats for going to the gym with it. You are definately the trooper when it comes to getting workouts in. Those were some great pics, definately makes us want to go on a little trip now.

Kristi - Glad you are nicely back from your adventure. Keeping up with a young one is good XT no matter how far it actually is.

Carrie - Good job on the 10k race, sorry about all the hills. Glad Scott is doing better.

Jackie - Glad that DD is recovering and I hope it continues to get better.

Sandy - That is great on the results. It will just continue to get better after time.

Andrew - Great job on the lr. That is a great time for that distance given the bad weather conditions. You are on a great pace to meet your goal for the marathon.

WWDave - Congrats on the raise. I guess the first round of drinks or Kitchen Sinks are on you now. ;)

Mel - Glad you don't have gallstones and that they found some of the underlying problems. When we are told to slow down and enjoy your food, you can say that you are already doing that. ;)

Stephanie - Glad you were able to get the DVC add on. I agree that $5/pt is a steal. Great job on the TM.

Martha - Lynnda is also with you in disabling certain parts of the house when I am gone. The first time was the air conditioner, then it was the refrigerator a couple of times, the toilets made it in there and everyone got sick one time. It definately makes me leary of leaving town not knowing what might happen. :rolleyes1 I think that is her plan though...:lmao:

Nancy - Glad you posted over here as well. Great job getting your 10 miles in under the not so pleasant conditions.

Dana - Hope everything works out quickly with your air conditioner. Now is not the time for it to go out. It never seems to quit in December when you don't actually need it all the time.

Jen - Great job getting your 7 miles in. Congrats for handling your cell phone while running. That could have been disasterous for me.

Vic - We don't need another dog right now. One is keeping us jumping enough. :rolleyes1

Jeanne - Hope things calm down for you soon. Glad you got your Garmin and hope that you have lots of fun with it.

Steve - Glad to see you again. I don't think you have been disowned, yet.;) Glad to hear that your training is going well. Congrats on signing up for the marathon. We look forward to seeing you there in January.

Judy - Glad to hear that you are doing better. As I think I mentioned last year, you can bring your horse and dress up as the headless horseman for the TOT. That should definately give alot of PR's since you would be chasing people and they would be running for their lives. :lmao: Although the costs of transporting a horse might be a little high but I'm not the one who has to implement the ideas. ;)

Krista - Glad to see you back and that you had a nice birthday. Glad that your training is going well. You could always take Hines to the CDC race and just leave him in the hotel room for a few hours. I am sure that he is completely well behaved for this. We were surprised about the ticks because Tigger is on monthly stuff as well. We found it is just doesn't cover all the popular ticks, just one.

Megan - Glad to hear that you have been able to get your running in. Congrats for the beach run, that is definately harder than running on a solid surface.

Ohmom - The garmin does have a feature that will smooth out the pace so it doesn't jump as much. I've noticed it is alot better when this is turned on.

Beth - Great job in getting the 10 miles in. Keep it up and the mileage will fall into place nicely.

Have a great day everyone.

Bill

Good Morning TEAM: :surfweb:

I did 4 miles last night after work. Was supposed to be 5 miles, but it was sooo HOT I ended up dropping a mile. Finished in 38:28 min/9:35 mpm. Not a great run but it was a run.

WWDave- Thanks for sharing the pics of the 5K. I remember you walking this race last year. You did fantastic! WTG on improving.

Leana- Glad Maggie is out of the hospital. Good job on your LR this weekend.

Cam and Howard- Those were great pics of your cruise. Howard, you must have had to fend men off with a stick being next to Cam. Glad you both had a great time!

Krista- Yay, it's great to hear from you. I forgot you and Steve were training for Columbus. Good job on the 10 miler on Saturday, and I'm really glad your legs aren't hurting you at all. Whoo hooo on Steve signing you guys up for the marathon!!!! I'm definitely ready for football. I haven't heard much news at all about the Steelers. Fantasy football draft is this Thursday!

Hi Judy- Get yourself all healed up for the ToT. I remembered the ESGs were going on around you. I'm kicking myself for not running the Masters 10K. Oh well, I thought I would have been doing the Utica Boilermaker 15K and the ESGs would be too much traveling/racing in one month.

Colleen- Wow, a 3 day/week marathon training program. Where'd you find that plan? I've been really impressed with your runs lately.

Kathy- Hmmmm, I don't know if the Rochester Marathon is walker friendly. I just looked up the results from last year, and the last finishers finished in 8:29.23/19:27 mpm. It's only the 3rd year of the marathon, and they don't get a huge turnout (probably about 400-500 finishers). The second half of the marathon is mostly on the Erie Canal Trail. So you're off city streets (for the most part), and wouldn't have to worry about traffic at all. Then you get to finish in Frontier Field (our minor league baseball stadium). Let me know if you're going to run it. With my kids doing the kids marathon, I won't be able to run because the start of the kids and the half/full marathon are at the same time.

Wait, Steve posted, at least I think it's Steve. Some sort of guy with a Steeler logo for an avatar. Wow, you put in a 31 mile week. That's awesome!!! I have yet to crack a 30 mile week this year. Thanks for posting. It's good to hear from you again.

Carrie- Congrats on the Coast Guard 10K. I think I remember you running that last year. Any pictures? Glad Scott is doing better.

Kristi trained!!! Kristi trained!!! Kristi trained!!! We should make an incentive plan for you. If you train so many miles/week, you get to go to a Goo show. Seriously, nice job on the run.

Renee- great job on your 4 miler on the track! WTG!

Angie- Hope your back is doing better.

Hi Lily

OK, sorry for those I missed, but I need to start getting ready for work.

Good morning team!!!!

Got a great weights and stationary bike workout last night, then I decided that I don't like the way my workout room is set up so DH and I moved everything around...man that TM is heavy.

Angie Congrats on your 3M

Lily Enjoy your family visit

Bill Congrats on your 5M

Off to work. Have a good one everyone!!!

Hey group! Nice to see everyone doing so well with their individual training. I am still hoping for a better week! I was to take a pilates class last night (it kicked my butt!) and got 3 miles in on the treadmill. I will try for 5 to 6 miles today, and also taking pump (strength) class for an hour.

Jeanneg: Yeah, it's me! I did meet you at the Lehigh Valley 1/2 marathon! Nancy and I get to share all of our misery every day at work!

Beth

Everyone on this dis board is so nice!:hippie: It's nice to hear from everyone the good wishes and great advice.

Bill: Thanks for the good wishes, and yes hopefully the mileage will build from here!

Renee and Carrie: Thanks for the mention in your post. I find the kind words very encouraging.

Angie: I hope your back continues to improve so you can get back "on the road again!"

Nancy: Thanks for the nice welcome! It's funny to see what we talk about posted here later on!:rotfl2:

Sorry to miss anyone.....your all in my thoughts though!

Beth
