Hi all, cycled again this weekend, all good there.
Mel: Looks like we might be in the same wave for the full. I'm registered at 5.30 too - I'd like to do it in that, but I'm thinking with the half the day before I'm more likely to be closer to 6 hours. Mind you if every other race I've done is anything to go by, I'll run about a 5 hour pace for the first 13 miles, then progressively add 15-30 seconds per mile from then on and stumble over the finish line at a point bearing no resemblance to the pace I thought I was going to do at about mile 10!!!
Not much else to report from me, see you tomorrow - Helen

I felt so guilty but it was so much fun!!! Just like a kid again!

I think at this point, Lynnda will be happy if I get the crib together before the baby gets here.
to everyone for the congrats and well wishes. This has taken years of work by my entire family for me to have this opportunity. I feel very blessed

There must be something in the air down here. We just got back from our best training run ever - 13 miles in 2:12 ( so close to a 10 minute pace), we beat our Disney time a month a go !!!! -
Gasparilla here we come !!!!
when I run with a hat. My husband prefers a hat, but the heat build up does not bother him!!!
to the team!!! Good Luck in the Gasparilla 1/2! WTG on the long run today!!!
