Prayers being said for all in the south central area of the US. I woke up this morning to see the reporters in Jackson, TN where my mom used to live. Thankfully she is now in NC. Hopefully no one on our team was affected by the devestating storms.
As for me I might end up going to run with the local running club (would be my first run with them since I joined last Friday) The lady from the club emailed me back and said they normally do 5 miles but some do just over 3 miles and if I can't run the entire way there are walkers so I can walk. Its just a little intimidating. I really want to go tonight just so I can scope out the location of the race on Sunday. LOL

Four miles on the treadmill for me last night. Today's a pilates day. Have a great day all.
HORRIBLE weather yesterday. I do hope all the Wishers who live in the affected states are alright. As Vic said...please stop by and post quickly if you can. And to those who are still in for bad weather tonight...stay safe!!
I know it can be intimidating, but just think that you may make some new running buddies!

I got a deep tissue massage today and it was incredibly painful. The therapist said I'm a mess. That's always encouraging. I think my body is rebelling LOL! I don't have any rest days built into my schedule due to teaching so many classes (I know...that's not good). But a rest day means missed cardio XT

(You know I only preach because I worry, right?)
The TV station reported they saw a tornado on the ground a mile away from us, but I think it was just rotation in the sky. Everything looked fine this morning, nothing blown around. Hope everyone else was safe. It is a beautiful day today though.
But I still haven't forgiven myself, even though blaming myself is irrational and unproductive.
I like the Pgh winter, but it sure does rain a lot.
