Hi all!
Goofyguy: Congrats!! Great job!!
Dena: Great job to you as well!
Paul: Wow, Great time!! Sounds like a great race. Do you mind if I PM you with a couple of questions about ABQ? (I have a post-graduation lead on a job out there and am curious about the area).
OK, now on to my life:
I don't know how much training I will be getting to this week as, of course I am swamped at work on the very same week I have final exams.
I'm going to try, but I may just be training-less until Friday morning. Today was going to be my big "get ahead on work before Finals start tomorrow" day, but of course I get in and my computer doesn't turn on and it takes IT four HOURS to come over and fix it.
In other news, I came to my senses and reduced my credit loads back down to normal full-time level for next academic year. I got to thinking that the whole idea was silly-- I'm still looking at a minimum of three semesters, so I don't know why I was pushing it. I'll be better off with better grades and leading a somewhat sane life instead of pushing through, not getting the grades to get into grad school and being miserable. So, that's settled. And back on the Goofy Plan full force!!
OK, I better dash.
Happy training all!

Good luck on your exams this week, kiddo!
I am SOOO grateful she is willing to do this event at my pace.
I am just upset that he made the commitment but hasn't put in the time, KWIM? I'll stop whining now
My usual course doesn't take me up the really big hills though. I usually turn down another road right before the library. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself.

. Much better then I thought we would but we have both decided we really enjoy the training and it will become a part of our lives. It becomes addicting I think.
on the theadmill of at least walking every evening. I am going to start back easy and see how it goes.
for AP codes for July. On that thread the waiting is getting to be too much for some

. I saw a guy with a Disney marathon shirt on at the race last Saturday. I was so nervous before the start that I didn't talk to him, just concerned about the race. But afterwards I looked for him to say "hi"...just couldn't find him. Or possibly he took the shirt off after the race? Either way, I have to say it made me smile to know that Disney marathoner was running the 5K too
on your run last night!
