Good morning TEAM! I didn't run last night, no great story for why I didn't, I just didn't.

Stephen was out of town last night, so I spent the evening getting caught up on Desperate Housewives and the laundry and once that was done, I read all night long. I love to read and can spend HOURS lost in a book, much to Stephen's dismay.

So I have 6 miles tonight--swapping my lr for this weekend and my sr out, I'm doing a 5K on Saturday, so instead of running 3 miles before the race, I'm doing 6 tonight that I'm supposed to do this weekend. It'll be my last long distance before the Pig!!
Update on my sister--Her blood pressure is down, I think my Mom said it was 130/80 last night. Still high, but much, much better. I assume her surgery is still scheduled for today, the surgeon was supposed to meet with her last night, but cancelled because he had a head cold. Remind me to never live out in the backwoods (they live in IN, about an 50 minutes-hour away from Cincinnati), it would be nice to have more than one surgeon who can perform a specific surgery. My brother-in-law seems to be handling things okay with the kids, they have 3: 12, 8, and 1, Mom said when she called last night he was doing laundry. At least they are wearing clean clothes!!!
Angie--11 days!! I am so excited for you!! Post lots of pics. And I love the preggo story.
Mike--I love your posts! I don't think they are too risque at all. But then again I don't have kids that I have to explain things to.

I hope you enjoyed your rest day.
Cam--I'm going to chime in with Craig and say that certificate means nothing. Your medal and your bib are your badges of honor. My medal is hanging off my dresser and my bib is the bookcase, both are waiting to be put in the shadow box. I have no clue where my finisher's certificate is. I think it's still in the envelop buried under a pile of papers.
Dave--I love your pic with Mickey!!!
And just because everyone is sharing, here's me and the Big Cheese at Chef Mickey's
