I did a 4-miler on Saturday. I made myself keep a 10:30, because of the short distance. Well, all but the last mile where I did a 9:55.

I guess my time off did not hurt as much as I thought!!
We got our certs and cd Friday! Too cool! FYI - The 14-mile marker is wrong. My pic of the sign is green and leafy. Anyone have a pic where you can read the saying?
