We moved into our community two years ago. We have great neighbors. Everyone knows each other and we're all pretty friendly. We do dinners, BBQs, etc. together. DH had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago and we had a major snowstorm while we were at the hospital. I was dreading coming home and wrestling with the snowblower, shoveling, etc. (that's off DH's list for the rest of the winter). I came home to find that all of our neighbors pitched in and completely cleared us out. They even shoveled off the deck! We've had a couple of other big storms since then and they've done the same thing. They all told us not to worry about it, they'd take care of it for the rest of the winter.
