Not too bad.
Right neighbor - seemingly rarely home? Mom, dad, 2 kids. Kids will sometimes be in the yard screaming but they're kids, whatever. Only gripe: their fence fell during a hurricane and they haven't replaced it. It's half up, but is a real eyesore. As a result, can't let our dog out into the yard and feel like it'd be awkward if we sat on our patio/were in our backyard. Nice enough when we briefly talk to them! Did have one VERY loud, VERY LATE party but thankfully hasn't happened again.
Left neighbor - mom, dad, their daughter, and her son (their grandson). They have a cute dog and put a lot of effort into making their yard/house look nice. Nice enough when we briefly talk to them!
Overall, so far, we've been lucky.
