We loved the Wave - did you get a chance to eat there? Sorry, I am jumping ahead. We had dinner there and thought the food was great - especially the desserts!

No, we did not eat there. Not our cup of tea.

We took our keys and documents and headed to the 6th floor.

We walked along the hallway.

Room 4226 was almost the last room. Well 2nd to last. As we were walking, I realized we were walking farther and farther from the Magic Kingdom, and right on top of Chef Mickey's.

I have to say. I was a bit disapointed.

We walked in the room, and walked straight to the balcony. And as soon as I pushed the drapes open, I said "wow!". It was a genuine wow. It escaped my lips without even thinking.

I was seeing the castle at least 2 inches tall. I thought he would have looked a lot smaller. Like a dot lol

I live closeby to the airport where FedEx receives stuff. Too bad this airport is not open for flights anymore.

WOW they shipped that CD fast!

Nope. You could faintly hear it as night. But it's well isolated. The A/C's noise drowned that out. And in the morning, it could wake us up if we opened the door. But it was not bad at all. We can't complain.

Everyday I said Good Morning to the Castle. And every night and said Goodnight

Then we looked around the room.

Ok these pictures were taken the day before we came back home. So you'll notice the suitcases. If it really was the day we got there, they wouldn't be there. But I was so excited to see the room, and to eat as I was starving lol

Once we had checked out the room, we noticed we were hungry.

So we took the elevator, and headed to "Contempo Cafe".

We all had Ceasar salads with chicken. Well my dad had his own, and my mom and I shared. We decided to ask for the dressing on the side. Which we did not do again, since it was such a big salad it was hard to mix it ourselves.

It was good. Instead of croutons there were breadcrumbs. Not bad, but I still prefer regular croutons.

We also bought our mugs. I got the yellow, my dad got the black, and my mom got the red.

We walked around the hotel, and looked into the shops.

The shops are nice. We enjoyed going to "Fantasia" and "BVG".

I also bought my first pin.

We then went back to the room and rest.

Surprise! Our 3 first bags were there. Well not the one we did not have a DME tag for.

But there was a message on the phone.

It said they they had a package for us, and to call since they needed to deliver it while we were there.

I called, and this was shortly delivered.

Remember I had written an e-mail to Disney about all the mix ups there were, and how we were disapointed?

Well they had sent us a package from Disney florist!

We were soooooo surprised!

We were expecting like a balloon, or for them to forget it.

Nope. It was 4 Mickey heads champagne flutes, brie cheese, camember cheese, crackers, chocolates, and..... wine. (Which we later found out by looking at the in-room service menu that the wine alone cost.....62$$)

We could not believe it. For once, we felt so special.

It took a while for us to recover from this lol

We relaxed for a while, and before we knew it, it was time for dinner. We went back to the Contempo and once again, we all got the same thing. We got cheeseburgers. It was good. But I did not care much for the multigrain bread.

Then we got back to the room. Unloaded the suitcases, and waited for Wishes.

We hung out on the balcony, and turned the tv on to the hotel channel. So as wishes started, we had the music, but quickly closed the door as bugs wanted to get in.

But even though we didn't have the sound, it was awesome.

I also watched it using "Heatherbelle's" glasses. She sent me those cool glasses that turn light into Mickey heads. I even took pictures using them.

I love it. I am planning to move out next year and buying stuff for my appartment. So my parents gave me the flutes! woot woot!
