Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread December 1-29 2012 Now Open!

I just booked May too! The only time available for a party of 5 was 9:00 for me. I wonder if that is the only time they released? Surely they didn't sell out that quickly. I checked at 1:00 today and the reservation window was not open then.

It wasn't open at 3:15 either, that was the last time I checked before I was able to get through. So there's no way they sold out every day. I have been testing out different dates and party sizes and all I can get is 9:00.

I just booked May online, too!

We've done 9pm before (and again this trip), and never had an issue -- and seats were assigned anyway. Is that still how they're doing things?

I think I asked about the timing of the start of the party vs the start of Wishes further up in this thread. I think that 9 is the earliest ADR since Wishes starts at 10 in May. Whoever it was that answered me said that the party starts an hour before Wishes. Try to put in 7 or 8pm and see what happens for various party sizes. I think they are there so Disney doesn't have to change the drop down menu with the change of Wishes start time. The ADR system will only show you what's available anyway, so if only 8 is available and you put in 7, it will give you 8 as it checks for times in both directions if your chosen time is unavailable.

Just got 5/27 & the only time it offered me was 9:10PM!

Interestingly enough when I put in "anytime" it offered me 9:10, but when I put "8:00" it gave me 9:00. Weird.

So happy!

Must have been opening up in phases or something. I couldn't get 5-26 at 3:15.

So glad it finally opened up! I have been stressing about it! My daughter is going to have a great birthday now!

Oh yay! I'll be sure to look for you! I'll be there with my 2 little girls as my DH and baby will head back to the resort for bedtime. I'm not sure what we'll be wearing. We are having dinner at 1900 Park Fair and I'm making Anastasia and Drizella dresses for them, but who knows if they will want to keep them on.

I was a little late because I got distracted trying to get the new iPad ordered. Checked around 3 pm, said nothing was available, then all attention went to Apple till five minutes ago.

I also got the 9:10 time when I put in anytime. Hope having 9:10 vs 9:00 doesn't affect our seating arrangement, heh.

WOW....I popped into this thread to see if anyone had any luck for May yet and saw all these beautiful posts of people getting May ADR's for the Dessert Party.......next stop WDW Dining Online and booked May 16th @ 9:10 PM for a party of 2.......I'm soooooo excited

This was the last ADR I needed for my trip. I managed to get every ADR I wanted at the exact times I wanted. I hate to wish time away but I "WISHES" May would hurry up and get here!!!

Checking out the boards today, and noticed that May Wishes party had opened up. I quickly went over to Disney's website, and checked availability for our day. I put in 9 and it gave me the option of 9 or 9:20.

I booked May 30 at 9:20.

Hope there's no advantage to booking 9:20 to 9:00. Tables are pre-assigned, right?

Just came to post that May is OPEN but the secret is already out!!! I booked for May 22 for three!! Going to surprise my mom and my son!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!

From what I read, the actual "time" doesn't mean anything because you have a "reserved" table. Is this correct???

So happy for this thread, I just booked the two of us for May 13th at 9pm. Has anybody been to the party with a wheelchair? Just wondering how they accomodate them since my boyfriend uses a power chair.
