Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread #3-book @ 180 Days Now!

Hi! I actually did ask him to do a venue search and he said he didn't have that ability. I'm hoping he was a newbie. Otherwise he would have no excuse for that ridiculous call this morning

looks like we are going the same week! im trying for the 11th...its one of the few nights the halloween party isnt going on lol

Me too! Every other ADR for our entire stay was done online, Monday morning (180+10 opening) with no difficulty what so ever!

8:30 call -- same old, same old

This one said something about the dates for MNSSHP are not yet established. I told her it appeared as if they ARE as the wdw calendar of events shows the Halloween parties scheduled for the traditional days of Tue and Fri.
Are they considering ADDING more MNSSHP dates for the week of Sept 8th?....is that it?

I think they are adding 2 Sundays to Sept. My CM told me today that it isn't loaded yet to the system but to call every day at 7am. If it isn't there at 7am it won't be there until possibly the next day as they don't add things past the opening for the day. No clue if that is right but it is what I was told today.

The 7th is showing the Parade/Wishes/EMH and it looks like there will be a party on the 14th, 21st & 28th. How can they add two Sundays?

I always dreamed of retiring to Orlando and getting a little part time job. I'm starting to think working at WDW would drive me crazy!

I was told by a seemingly knowledgable CM to try in the am and then again later in the day because sometimes this event is loaded separately from the rest of the ADRs. I know that was true prior to the 180 day ADR. They could open anytime during the day.

I just tried again and all the dates they have open are completely full up. She couldn't see any of september not available to book. So angry as the CM i called before said they hadn't opened any of september to book and now its sold out!

I don't think that is true. I've called and talked to 2 different cms - one said that the date was not open yet, since it did not look like any reservations had been made at all for the date I wanted. The second cm told me that the date I wanted was completely booked. I could not access any date beyond June 12 on line, so I'm pretty sure the September dates were not booked at that point.

Unless the CM digs deeper, the screen looks the same for a "booked" party and a party that is "unblooked" but has not loaded to his/her system. The system just tells them "no availability".
The vast majority of CMs that so many of us here have spoken have told us that all Sept parties beyond the 7th are fully UNBOOKED bc they don't even have the ability to book them. The open tables have not yet loaded to their system so they are showing as "no availability".
I was told this again at 8:30 this morn.

Day 9 of the 7am call. Beginning to question our need to really go to the party. Then again, now when I get the reservation it will feel like a mighty victory.

I am trying for the 10th so the info CMs have been giving me apply to that date. But yesterday the CM I spoke with checked several other dates that week and he wasn't getting anything loaded beyond the 7th.

Then she said, "in fact, I don't see anything booked recently and nothing booked beyond the 7th and those bookings for the 7th were all made more than a week ago." Thinking of you I had her repeat it and asked her to look at the 8th and she said, "no bookings done for the 8th".

Thank you so much! I'll definitely keep trying every day for the 8th then! I emailed Disney as well to see what they said and my reply said "Wishes dessert party can only be booked 90 days out and booking is only open to mid June currently." HOW CONFUSING!
