We are hoping for December 30th. I spoke with a CM who told me to check at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days and then she just laughed.

Oh, I just LOVE when they do that.

October is completely FULL.

My first choice for a date is Wed Dec 11th then Mon 9th and if need be my final resort will be Thursday the 12 during the xmas party (if it is offered)

The CM I spoke to for Dec told me to check at 90 days, but on here it sounds like it won't open at least until 60 days.

I don't think the CM's know what they are talking about. There have been cases where people have called after the party has opened and the CM's have tried to say that it was still closed! I feel the best information you can get is on this thread.

I have a quick question about how they will seat a party of 7. Do they push two tables of 4 together or are there tables large enough for 8? I was fortunate to book the Oct 19th party within 30 minutes of opening but I'm wondering if it won't matter because the large party tables are towards the back. Either way I'm thrilled to be going and surprising my family. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Year before last, we had a party of 11, and we were on the front row at 3 tables. We pushed the tables closer together.

I'm Canadian and today I went the website to check for another reservation, and for the first time I was able to see the new website! And find the Dessert Party reservations page to check availability! I guess this means they are finally rolling out the website for people outside the US. This will make it soooo much easier to check availability for our trip. So excited!

This is the first time I'm trying to book the dessert party. Is there a schedule somewhere that tells us the days the parties are available? I clicked on the link above but the drop down menu shows all of November in blue except for Thanksgiving and the day after. Are all these days available for the party? I thought they were only select days.

Usually All of Nov is available for the Dessert Party, with the only exception being the night of MNSSHP on either 11/01or 11/02.

Not sure what is going on with Thanksgiving or the day after unless there is no Party do to TT being used as a restaurant those nights do to the crowds

It looks like all dates during my stay are sold out now!

Is it better to book online or to call? I want November but in testing a booking for October all the dates that I tested are showing no availability. I am using the ones that are the darker blue as I assume those are the dates for the parties in October.
