Wishes Cruise Question

Can anyone tell me where you get picked up for the Wishes cruise? We will be staying at the WL and was wondering if they will pick you up from their marina.

Boats are dispatched from Wilderness Lodge, The Contemporary, The Grand, and The Poly. Depends where your reservation is made, but you can request any of the above docks to be picked up at. But, it is always easier for the cruise driver to depart from his/her dock since they will have life-jackets and access to cash register.

I spoke w/Disney on this yesterday as I'm thinking of booking it for our trip. When making your reservation (800-WDW-PLAY), you tell them which resort you would like to take it out of. Certain boats are available at certain marinas so it would also depend on your party size (up to 8 or up to 10) to determine which boat you will get. You can make your reservations 90 days in advance. I was told to start dialing at 6:57am on that 90th day to get through by 7:00am as they have become very popular. So you may not be able to get the one @ Fort Wilderness if it is not available. Mark your calendar for that 90th day. Another thing to consider, I heard that only the larger boats have the music from Wishes piped in, the smaller ones do not.

If you are talking about the Grand Gathering cruises, then you leave from the Contemporary marina.
