I am sorry to hear of your frustration....{{{HUGS}}}}. Losing weight is a journey and there will be times that we hit a plateau and as hard as they (plateaus) are, you just need to keep doing what worked for you before and wait until your body adjusts and starts losing again. Hang in there!!!!
Wow, I just found you guys and love this idea. Since returning from the med cruise I've put on 7 pounds and need to get rid of it NOW! I have to begin lecturing in front of people and can't fit into my clothes. Hopefully a thread like this one and the monthly challenges can help me along. Thanks for the encouragement. Kelly
