I don't take any multivitamins. I'd consider it, but only if it was something I was deficient in or something my body needed, and I wouldn't even know where to start in trying to figure that out. I'm getting into my late 30s, and not even sure at what age you're meant to start taking these things?

I like the gummies but not the price. I’ve been buying Theragran M Premier 50 Plus when ShopRite has them over 50% off. They’re easy to break in half and I started only taking half at a time this way it never upsets my stomach (even when empty). I take one or two halves every day.

IMO you should ask Doctor if any questions, do not base off search online or replies here.

Mine have always told me no multivitamins but of course they can also run bloodwork/physical exam and offer best advice based on your own body if concerned.

Have never taken any multi-vitamin and have no plans to start. I would only suggest taking pills/vitamins if recommended by your doctor who knows your medical history and what other prescription drugs you might already be taking. Taking some vitamin since you see it advertise on TV as being 'essential' isn't what I would consider sound medical advice and more like marketing PR.

I started eating Total Cereal when my first child was born and needed to improve diet for nursing a baby , also recommended by literature hospital gave me … Still eating Total every day and have on shelf and now my son likes that cereal too.
Also low sodium V-8 tomato juice . I don’t like tomatoes but trick my brain into thinking it is water by running the water at same time . It works

I take vitamins for specific issues, D3, B12, and now the preservision one for macular degeneration. No need for a multivitamin, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and do not need all of the extra things in a multi. I prefer pill form, not gummy, but have trouble with larger pills so my Preservision is a chewable tablet!

It has probably been close to 60 years since I took a multivitamin. My blood work indicates I am getting all the vitamins I need from the food I eat. And actually, if I did take a multivitamin, I would have to discontinue it for a week before blood work because it can skew results.
I don't get why everything these days is gummy. Vitamins, CBD, Laxatives..... Unnecessary sugar in most cases, and artificial sweeteners absolutely tear up my stomach.

I don't take a multi, but if I did, it would be a pill, not a gummy. I don't like gummy candies. I just take specific supplements that my regular labs show I need- B12, magnesium, C, potassium at times... and I get IV iron.

I never tried a gummy multivitamin. I used to be able to purchase a general , house brand 60+ multivitamin (white) and that's what I took. Recently the store stopped selling them and now have 60+ for women (pink in color), and an 60+ for men (grey in color). I now take the pink one and don't really like it as it has a taste that's odd to me (sort of like grass or hay). I may look into the gummy stuff.

To date I haven’t had any pill in a gummy form. I happen to be going to my doctor for the annual checkup next month, so will ask their opinion on taking a daily multivitamin.
