Wish me luck and pixie dust please!

Thanks everyone interview went well however turns out the job I was going for was an apprenticeship and as a graduate I can not afford to go getting £100 a week as I could earn that bar staffing etc plus I will hopefully have a degree in a few weeks so don't think this is the best option.

However when I got home I rang for a job that I really wanted which is right by where me and the boyfriend are looking to get a house, is a good graduate salary etc and I have an interview on friday morning, the lady I spoke to was really nice so fingers crossed now for that one.

Very happy today as I have also managed to complete my project and fix all the bugs it had which means I can continue my dissertation now just got to conclude about my project. :)

Oh and my disney planning dvd came. :D May take a break and watch that now.

Good Luck for Friday, look at today as a practice interview, now go and enjoy your dvd :thumbsup2

Looks like you were meant for the better job :goodvibes! Best of luck to you I'm a grad myself and know how difficult it is to get that all important first step on the career ladder. Hope it all goes well for you :thumbsup2.

Good luck for Friday. I graduated 4 years ago & could never get enough work in what I qualified in, so now i'm doing a job with poor pay but I love it.

Good luck! I know what it's like to be a job hunter so I send you lots of sparkles. I'm a grad and I'm just looking for any old full time work as I want to start my PGCE course in 2010 and I just can't seem to get a break anywhere. There are so many people out of work at the mo, every job you apply for has 60+ others going for it :(

Anyway, I hope you get a good break and avoid all of this recession bull****!

Good luck Jackie!! When I graduated (4 years ago this summer :scared1:) I had a few interviews and assessment centres etc before I got a job.

I always think that if you dont get a job, the interviews are a great experience, it will mean you get better and better :thumbsup2

Good luck for today Jackie :wizard::wizard:.Glad you managed to sort out your other stuff-hope the DVD is good.x.
