I just read that the FCC is now in our DCL accounts - does anyone know where we can see the credit in our accounts? Or does it show up on the payment page when we book a new cruise?

My recollection is that it shows up on the payment page

Yes! It shows up on the payment page and is called “Apply Future Cruise Credit” as the payment type. Once you click that button, it pops open underneath to show the available dollar amounts. I am holding a new booking on the Dream while we make up our minds about what to do and when I went to see what would happen if I apply the payment, the credit amount shows up as an option to be able to use.

I was on MV for Fantasy and they moved it UP a week!

To be fair, the Fantasy wasn't being built during a global pandemic. Honestly I'm shocked the delay is this small.

It had already been delayed by several months due to the pandemic, though. Not a small delay overall.

No, website still showing original date and app not displaying resv. However, I got an email yesterday with the new date and new balance.

Same here - still seeing the old info despite a new confirmation email for our reservation. Thankfully we CAN switch, but everything is more expensive and complicated. Hotels, the rental car, the flights... Hopefully they do not adjust the date further.

We we're booked B2B for 7/8-7/15, so we just missed the cutoff . We already had an Eastern Caribbean Very Merrytime cruise booked, so we were able to move to the 7/9-7/16 Eastern Caribbean cruise for minimal disruption to our plans, and hopefully we can fill the holiday dates with B2B Wish sailings.

My TA is still waiting to officially hear if we get two 50% bookings. Also she's waiting to hear if the 50% off can be combined with the 10% placeholder. Has anyone heard if this can be done?

My friends were able to use the wish 50% off and the Florida resident 35% off discount to book a sailing with us in a April over spring break because the 50% didn’t have any restrictions attached to it. So hopefully it will be the same for the placeholder 10%

My TA told me I could use both. She said it was working for some other clients.

Does anyone know if the 50% autoapplies to the next cruise you book online? The wording in teh email made it seem so.

I want to use our 50% on Greece which won't be out for a bit... but I might would want to book another cruise before then.

my TA said the 50% discount does NOT have to be used on next cruise. She asked me to just tell her when to apply it. I'm saving that for Alaska next year.

Well that was luck- managed to book the one date we could do around life-

hopefully will clear the main dining waitlist

will call when it’s not insane to get my ‘missing’ FCC found and coupons added

now to hope no more delays!

I saw I was able to rebook my 2 rooms for the cancelled ones on original 7/15 (that got bumped by maiden voyage cruisers who took my rooms) for 7/29 sailing. But Disney website could not confirm my original reservations. I have all my documentation with reservation numbers but the listing disappeared from the website on Sunday. The online reservation wants me to pay for the new rooms again and wait 30 days for my original payment to be credited and the 50% discount credit. For problems, I was advised to call an agent but the wait time was 143 minutes. This is nuts!

I will wait a few days for the wait time to become reasonable and they can locate my original Reservation and amounts I paid. If the ships are full I'll just cancel.

I was able to put a hold on the July 22 (3rd sailing-which is what we originally were on) I'm not too upset now TBH. I moved down to a oceanview and saved $400 because we will just be exploring the ship.

I'll call to figure out if I can use my FCC on this cruise and my 50% on a different cruise tomorrow because I can't get through right now.

I've been on hold with DVC member services for 1:36... Update: took 3 hours but I am pretty happy that I was able to move from a 4B on the member cruise to a 3A on the NYE (12/30) for about the same cash/points.
