Kind of a slow day for me. It's getting dark earlier now, so it's harder to get out after dinner like we were doing all summer. I'm going to have to re-work my exercise schedule some to get my minutes in.
I rode my bicycle for 30 min tonight. That puts me at 1230/2000 for Sept.

Could you change my goal to 2000 minutes since I'm almost to my 1500 min goal. I think that'll get me to push myself alittle more and I'm trying to stay up with Catherine
Gosh I haven't taken the time to add all mine up but to my surprise as of last Saturday I have 835/1200. I report weekly so this week not in total yet - hooray I am on my way to making this challenge!
please add 50 minutes of circuit training and oliptical bike. I double my distance from yesterday. I thought I would die yesterday , so I'm pretty proud.
I'm doing great. I go to the doctor tomorrow for a check up but I'm feeling great. I've started doing my workouts again but haven't had much time to post because of all the back to school activities (we had 2 meetings last week and 2 meetings this week) and running around that I've been doing (dentist appts, optometrist appts, hair appt, etc.). I'll be going on a quick trip to Hawaii tomorrow night so I won't be able to update the thread until Monday. I'll definitely try to update it again sometime tomorrow.
I did 80 minutes of exercise today. I did a hodgepodge of Cathe workouts this evening. Some kickboxing, some step intervals, and weight training. I was having fun with the kickboxing even though I lost one of my tae bo balls. They're these little weighted balls that you can hold while you jab, punch, hook, etc. I bet I'll be able to find it in my daughter's toybox.
