WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

I have some catch-up posting to do. I have 250 min of exercise (200 min on Sun & 50 min on Mon) to add to my total! I am now at 1200/2000, & have passed the halfway mark towards my goal! :bounce:

Thanks for doing this.

It was already 6 days into the month when I found the thread and I have not caught up yet. But, I have a pretty good start. As of Saturday, I am at 286/1000.

I will update again after the weekend.

Ok, I was really motivated today...............60 minutes of EFX machine and 15 minutes of abs and weight training....total 75

585/1000

Time for my update. Had a very busy weekend. I did 180 minutes of walking on Saturday, and 60 minutes of hiking through a wildlife preserve on Sunday. I believe this puts me past my halfway point to 1000 minutes. Gotta go check the front page, but if i claim my clippie then I'm indeed halfway there:sunny:

Monday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 45 minutes swimming.
 
Hi Rae Ann :wave2: I did another 115 of exercise yesterday. Which now puts me at 1655/2000.

30 minutes cardio
50 minutes treadmill
30 minutes bowling (3 games)
 
Tues 9/14 - 90 min walk

Please post 50 minutes for me. I joined a Curves like club that has oliptical bikes . They are really a work out.

Haven't updated in too long!

Please add 170 minutes for me - bringing my total to 420/1000.

9/7 - 50 min
9/10 - 20 min
9/11 - 50 min
9/12 - 35 min
9/13 - 15 min

We're doing such a good job!!

NewHoliday - I'm still here! I've just been a bit busy & haven't had much time to check in.

I'll be going on a short trip on Thursday night. I'll be sure to update the thread before leaving but I probably won't be able to update it again until Monday.

I walked for 60 minutes today. That puts my total at 902/1500. I should break 1000 tomorrow.:bounce: :bounce:

I am up to 257/1000 only 743 more to go.
I've been walking and doing the 20 minute Winsor Pilates too.
