WISH Commitment- Join us ! Week 1

It feels good to be sticking to commitments. I actually did Curves 3x's this week instead of 2 and it felt great. I have also been journaling and am seeing why I haven't been losing.:eek: Today is a new day and I am going to try to start getting back into my better eating habits.

This is our official last day of school, although we will continue with some math and reading, but not on a tight schedule. That makes one want to jump up and down. I think I am more excited about it than the kids.::yes::

Mel-I do have to agree that the Outerbanks would be a better choice than the race. I am sure you'll have a good time. We used to go to the races around here a lot until we had children. That changed somethings.:teeth:

May I join you again? I've been off plan for a long time and because I didn't have anything positive to report, I didn't post here at all. I'm finally starting to feel better (they never figured out what is/was wrong except that I may/may not have endometriosis:rolleyes: ) Basically, I'm just sick of being sick, so I decided to just get on with things.

My committment for the rest of the week is to walk or cycle at least 1/2 hour every day, stick strictly to South Beach, and increase water intake. I started off this morning with an approx. 3 mile walk. My next big goal is to weigh less than DH (I never have). I only have 13 pounds to go and I'm going to get there before our anniversary (June 27th).
