Good Monday morning WISHers!!!!!!! How did everyone survive this past week?? Well I came down with something. A good cough and fevor. Good part I didn't want to eat .........bad part I felt miserable and everything hurt from coughing. Poor DH didn't get any sleep. He didn't even complain about it!! Such a wonderful guy. All I feel like doing today is sleeping. Needless to say I don't weigh until tomorrow. Can't wait to see what the scale says but I know that it's only because I am sick and even if I have a good week this week just look out for when things are back to normal.

Well My water this weekend didn't ahppen but many many cups of tea did!!

So how has everyone been doing??

I didn't do too great this week, missed the treadmill a few times, and ate out a few times, but somehow I still managed to lose 2 more pounds, making my total 5 pounds gone so far! :bounce:

Sorry you were sick. Hope your feeling better! :)
 
Today starts week three of Atkins. I have lost 10.5 pounds total. From last week to this week 3 pounds more. I am ready for my 10 lbs clipart, I am so excited. I started the exercise routine, just a tape that does exercises and toning. , for about 16 minutes, and I do another one that is ten minutes. I space them out one in the moring and one at night.

I have about 19 pounds to go before the end of May. WIsh me luck !!!

Happy Monday Everyone :) This will probably be a tough week for us sugar addicted WISHers :( Followed by Easter ugh!

My week was not the best, I was very sick for most of it, but did manage to lose 5 lbs. Not from dieting, just from no desire to eat.

Last week was okay, I guess. Missed a couple of days at the gym and ate out twice. I did lose 3 lbs but am afraid to get on the scale today. Maybe I'll weigh tomorrow.

Blizzard Beach will be here before I know it...and without the weight loss, I'm not going!!! Ack!
 
Hello everyone...

I am still trying to make a schedule for the treadmill. I am walking a mile in about 25 minutes with an incline of 3.5.
I am finally feeling a little better about myself and my legs feel much better.

I do not count calories, but I do watch what I eat. I am trying to stay away from bread and noodles with butter (yummy). I was going to make some with our steak tonight and said"NO"!

Still can't drink water like I should. I need to get some lemons.

I need to weigh myself. I don't think I have lost anything, but I know I have not gained either!

After a jump start by not feeling the best last weekend, I have lost over 5 pounds! It was nice to see a different decade on the scale. :p At this point, I am taking what I usually eat, and grazing all through the day. I've been on the treadmill a couple of times, but 10 minutes is my limit. My best moment? When I didn't buy chocolate for me when I bought Smarties for the kids!
 
Way to go everyone! This week's challenge will be Valentine chocolates. I've already told DH that I don't want any. Keep up the good work.:D
 
Well, I'm here, checking in. A little umotivated, but still trying!

I just don't seem to be losing weight like I had wished. I think I have lost maybe 2 pounds (last week's weigh in was cancelled by the snowstorm, so I'm going by what my scale says - it has a tendency to be inaccurate) - I expected to lose more. I know WW takes longer to lose weight than some of the other diets - Atkins, for example, but I had really hoped to lose at least 3 pounds per week. :(

Oh well, I'm still determined to do it.
 
I have been doing pretty well. After not exercising a couple of days last week I was afraid I wouldn't lose much weight this week. But I was surprised and lost three more pounds!! So I finally made the 5 pound weight loss since starting the wish challenge. When I started my diet about a month ago the weight was coming off very slowly. I forogt to report in yesterday. I am happy to report that I am down the pound that I put on last week. I am really trying hard this week. I bought lots of fruits and veg's at the grocery store this weekend. I am counting my points and exercising. I hope to be able to say I have lost even more next week. Have a great week everyone.
 
Well gang being sick paid off better than I thought!!!!! I lost 6 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it when I llooked at the scale. So this is my dilema. Should I change my numbers and try to change to the 5 lb clippie and hope that when I get back to normal it does not all rush back?? I am Watching points today but I know the big loss was just because I was sick so should I ignore it until next week so I get a more accurate picture or just run with it??
 
Only 2 lbs. but I "fell off the wagon" for 3 days. Didn't overeat but didn't watch too well, either.

Hoping for a better week but it will be tough. DH is gone for the week and I plan on working all week at home on taxes & such. Being home alone (kids in school) is my toughest challenge.
 
I need a new scale for Valentine's Day. I received 5 different readings this morning during weigh in. I lost somewhere between 4 and 2 pounds. I will go with the low of 2 pounds which makes a total of 8 pounds lost - just 22 pounds to go.

On another note, I had my best exercise workout yesterday. I managed to stay on the elliptical trainer for 28 minutes !!! (2.10 miles and 300 calories) followed by 18 minutes on the bicyle (6.4 miles).
 
I lost another 2 pounds this week, for a total of 7 pounds.

Not much else to report. Still trying not to eat after 8:00 pm, but I need to concentrate more on using my treadmill.
 
It sounds like everyone is doing good at sticking with it!

WOO HOO!! The scale FINALLY moved - a loss of 4 pounds!! Now I just have to make it thru Valentine's weekend; as long as I don't gain more than 2 lbs. I'll be happy.

Lost 2lbs this week! Thank goodness! I am still sticking to WW and doing Tae Bo 4 days a week now.....whew!
