I'm positive that pound you gained is simply fluid. It will go away. You are right back on track and determined. That is excellent. Don't waste any time worrying about the past, it's a waste of energy. You can't change the past so just worry about now.

Well, I've got good news and good news. I was too busy to get to this thread yesterday which is my weigh in day, so I'm a little late.
The fluid left with me by the bloat fairy is all gone. Shhh! Not so loud he might hear you and come back to my house.
I lost 4 pounds this week. So the whoosh fairy paid me a visit. I wish she wasn't such a ditz and could remember where I live more often
So I get a new clippie. I don't have time to do that right now though, I'm already very late and my dh is going to kill me. I'll do it later.
My friends, everyone of you help me along this path to better health simply by posting on WISH. I appreciate each and every one of you so very much.
