I was beginning to think I was never going to make it to the check in thread. I didn't want to post until I had enough time. I didn't want to miss even one check in post.
Kelsie You have really had some wonderful success with cutting out those "fancy" atkins treats. Losing 7 pounds in 12 days is awesome. I don't think you will have any trouble reaching your goal by May 23rd--that's a whole 17 days away.
I'm proud of you.
Meriweather Nancy! Losing 2.5 pounds in one week is great! Let's see if you lost 2.5 pounds each week you would lose 130 pounds in one year. WOW, I know you don't need to lose that much. Keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
Way to go! Be proud of yourself. I'm proud of you! I'm tickled that you decided to delurk and join my support group, too

See how much you helped me today? You made me smile.
KayleeUK Uh-oh Did everyone see what Kaylee said? She had a sad smilie and everything.
Let's put this in perspective, Kaylee. If you had gained 1/2 pound you would have been really upset, wouldn't you? Come on...fess up. I thought so. Losing 1/2 pound per week is a loss of 26 pounds over the period of a year. That's progress.
I think what you really meant to say was:

I lost 1/2 pound this week!!
Oh, that's much better. Doesn't that make you feel better, Kaylee? Your weight is coming off--don't get hung up about the timeline. You're on your way to goal and you have 1/2 pound less to lose now. You didn't gain, you didn't stay the same, you lost. That's success!
{{HUGS}} my friend. I'm working on dh about October. I don't know your dates though, is there a
MNSSHP while you are there? I've always wanted to do that. I still have hope for an October trip because I need to meet you and and get a real live {{HUG}}
KathyTX Oh sweetie! Look at that gorgeous new clippie of yours. Oh, give me a minute...I just need to gaze at it with admiration a little while......................................
Okay, that's long enough. Even though I've lost over 30 pounds I don't qualify for that clippie. It's so beautiful. I'm going to get me one of those. You just wait and see. You have proven to me that I can do it. What a nice thing to do, Kathy!
I'm just so happy and proud of you. You are such a motivation and inspiration to me. You are so successful. Don't you feel great about this? Everyone noticing the change in you. Doesn't that make you feel proud?

Do not try to measure your success by any single weigh-in, or even by a group of several. Just keep following your chosen program, get the exercise you need and drink your water, and KEEP AT IT. Try to be consistent, and you will see results. I promise!!!

Just look how wise you are, too. What wonderful advice and motivation for us all.
Oh, I just have to give you a big old {{{HUG}}} I'm so proud of you. Way to go my friend!
FergieTCat Donna! You've lost 26 pounds so far? How wonderful. I'll bet you are feeling all energetic and happy too. Did you smile real big at your weigh-in? I would still be smiling if I were you. Look at that beautiful new clippie, too.
What a success you are and what a terrific example you are for me. Isn't it just the greatest feeling to know you are a success? Be proud of yourself. We are all proud of you.
blanq Woo Hoo, blanq!!!! Another 3 pounds gone forever. That's 12 sticks of butter--3 tubs of butter in Canada--that's making progress. That's success!
And you have exceeded your first goal. What a great feeling of accomplishment that must be.
You are just so good at this weight loss stuff. You make me smile everyday, too. I'm so glad you are part of my support group. Be proud of yourself. You know we are all proud.
Debbie How wonderful! You have one of those pretty gold 30 pound loss clippies too. Oh goody, another chance to gaze upon that golden glory one more time, give me a second..............................okay, that's long enough. I'm beginning to feel a little covetous
You are such a motivating presence for me here on WISH. Your words are always kind and encouraging--you have a positive outlook and it's people like you who have made WISH such a magical place for me.
Congratulations, my friend. You are on your way to goal, for sure and I am just so proud of you. Thanks for helping to keep me motivated and on track.
NancyK I like your attitude. It amazes me that this is the first time you haven't lost since you started WISH. I sure can't say that
Now you've proven that you can maintain that loss too. What a great thing to know. You are doing great and you are on your way to goal. You have made me grin, today
zakatak ACK!!!!! BLOAT FAIRY ALERT!!! BLOAT FAIRY ALERT!!!!
You know your gain isn't a true gain, it's just fluid retention...*sigh* I know all about that, it's frustrating and uncomfortable and just plain aggravating. Fortunately for both of us it is also temporary
This fluid will soon be gone and you will be dropping weight like crazy. Smile, sweetie. You are a success and you make me proud
Desiree Ummm, Des? I could have sworn we had this discussion last week. Didn't I issue a warning? Glo? Didn't you send Des her copy of the WISH by-laws?
As of today, only 2 lbs lost.
Only? You only lost two pounds? You would have preferred to gain two pounds? I didn't think so. 2 pounds lost each week is 104 pounds gone in a year. That's a lot of weight to lose, way more weight than you need to lose. That tells me you are doing great. You are making progress. You are successful! So, let's try this again, shall we?

WOO HOO! I lost two whole pounds this week!!!
Much better. Just so motivating. Be proud....you are doing a great job and we are all proud of you. It's so great to have you here on WISH as part of my support group. I would love to lose as much as you did this week. Keep it up
tmfranlk I would bounce around and yell woo hoo because you maintained your weight this week but I'm all tuckered out after Des. I mean I'm going to be 54 in August, I'm not as young as I used to be. Maybe if I had a little break in between you and Des, I could do it
You made unwise food choices this past week and you still didn't gain anything. How awesome is that. You must have controlled your pizza consumption without even realizing you were doing that. That's a great sign that you are in control and focused on your goal.
It's a great feeling, isn't it? You are doing a great job. I'm really glad that you are part of my support group, you are a help to me
TnRobin Sounds like you are doing great. It seems a little sadistic to me to have a machine that measures your percentage of body fat. I'll bet a man invented it or a very thin person
Thanks for being part of my support group. It's a help to me to see friendly faces around me
momto4obkids WOW WOW WOW!!!!! You lost 5 pounds in one week? That is wonderful, that is exciting, that is success! You are doing so well.
I'll bet you get that new clippie any minute now. Can't wait to see it on you. Good job. Your determination and motivation are a great example for me. Be sure and model that new clippie for us when you get it
KarenNY Look at that gorgeous new clippie. It looks really good on you. You are doing so well with this Atkins you are almost half way to goal, aren't you?
It's a great feeling to find an eating plan that helps you lose weight and feel great, isn't it?
You are on your way to goal, my friend, and you are travelling at the speed of light! I'm proud of you (I know I'm always proud of you but I'm extra proud of you this week).
CDoobee WOO HOO!! Look at you go. It looks like you have finally figured out a way to make vegetarian Atkins work for you. That is still your plan, right?
I love your happy check-in post. What a great attitude you have. You have motivated me simply by sharing your happiness and your success.
I'm so happy and proud for you, Debbie. Keep it up and you will be at goal in no time. Another 1.5 pounds are gone already, I think that's so great!
Dizzy-Disney4 Another pound gone forever, that's a great feeling isn't it? You've lost 18 pounds altogether and that is just wonderful. You are doing so well. You are determined and motivated and it's paying off in success!
You are going to have that 20 pound loss clippie in no time at all. I'm really proud of you. I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself.
becka My friend with the beautiful hair and gorgeous Nathan, you are doing great! You stumbled a little with your eating plan and still lost 1.5 pounds. How great is that? You must be changing your mindset and subconciously controlling your portions. You ate off plan foods and you still lost 1.5 pounds. If you did that every week you would lose 6 pounds in a month or 72 pounds in a year. That is progress!
I'm proud of you for doing the best you could do last week and I love your positive attitude here on WISH. You inspire me to try harder and motivate me to succeed. I'm so glad you are here on WISH with me

Be proud of all that you have accomplished--you are succeeding and on your way to goal.
mickeyfan1 I knew you could do this. I knew it all along. I cannot wait for my AZ trip next year. I'm just going to throw my arms around you and give you a big bear {{{HUG}}}, just because I'm so proud of you (okay, I like you a lot, too, but I am proud of you).
Another 5 pounds gone forever and all in just one week. Way to go! You have a gorgeous new clippie and a wonderful attitude. Thanks for keeping me motivated and inspired to stay on program.
elisebutt Okay, now this isn't fair. You lost five pounds and cheated?? I can't do that, you lucky ducky you
I think it's great! You are going to make it to goal very soon and in time for your trip downunder. I'm so happy and proud of you. You are an inspiration for me.
susan514 Okay, I see how it is, you sent the bloat fairy away and he came right back to my house
WOO HOO!!! You lost another 2.5 pounds and a total of 14.5. That new clippie seems so near and yet so far doesn't it? You will have it soon, I'm sure of it.
You are such a success that you inspire me and the rest of us WISHers. I'm so happy and proud for you. Keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
CrzyforPiglet It's a good thing I caught my breath. Looks like I'm going to have to do your celebrating for you. You only lost .5 pounds? No "yippee!" or "Wahoo!". You are complaining about losing .5 pounds? Is that what you are saying Binky?
Let's put this into perspective. Let's say, for example, that you had gained .5 pounds. You would be upset about that, wouldn't you? In fact, I'm willing to bet that you would be a lot more upset about gaining .5 pounds than you are happy about "only" losing .5 pounds. That doesn't sound right to me. So allow me:

YIPPEE!! I lost .5 pounds this week!!
*cough* *cough* *pant* *huff* *puff* I'm getting
too old for all of this jumping around
You guess you should feel proud? Guess??? No, no, no sweetie, that won't do. You should be sure that you are proud. I'm proud of you, glo is proud of you, Kelsie is proud of you. Heck, we are all proud of you!
So let's try that again. Ready? Stand up straight, put a smile on that pretty face of yours and repeat after me: "I am proud of myself. I lost .5 pounds this week and was faithful to my eating plan. I am a beautiful person inside and out and I am a success"!
Much better. Don't you think that's better everyone?
Okay, sweetie. You are on your way to goal and you will have a new clippie any minute now. I'm proud of you.
disneyfan551 Look how wise you have become. You have identified what has caused you not to do as well as you hoped and you are rectifying that situation. It's wonderful how much we learn from each other, here on WISH, isn't it?
I like your attitude, too. Very positive, very determined. You are a motivating presence for me, you truly are.
How did your interview go yesterday?
Sounds to me like you know exactly which direction you want to go now and that you are on your way. One day at a time
December99 Sometimes we take baby steps on the road to success but you, my friend, are taking giant steps. You are drinking healthier milk, you are reducing your portions, you are trying hard and you are succeeding! What a great feeling that is!
3 pounds gone forever--12 sticks of butter--that is wonderful progress. I'm so happy and proud of you. I'm not surprised, though. I knew you could do this all along. You're a WISHer, aren't you? That's what WISHers do, we succeed.
You are on your way to goal and you're doing great!
Jiminy102 It sounds to me like the bloat fairy may have visited your house because of the off program foods you ate this weekend. Just think what a great loss you will see next week when this fluid is all gone.
Losing .25 pounds is still a loss. Go get a stick of butter and duct tape it to your forehead for a while. I'll bet you'll be happy to lose .25 pounds after a couple of hours
You are doing great and making better choices, Holly. You keep us all inspired and motivated, you keep us smiling. You are an integral part of my support group. I'm proud of you be proud of what you accomplished. Remember that the more slowly you lose your weight, the better chance you have of keeping it off. Do not despair over how long it is taking just rejoice in your success.
Tink33 You lost another 2.5 pounds? You are just tearing up that road to goal, aren't you? How very exciting that you are so close.
I'm proud of you for handling those eating challenges you faced last week, with such determination. I admire you for being so strong.
I can't wait to see you with that goal clippie. You have to promise me that after you are famous and have that goal clipart that you will still visit WISH. I need you around for inspiration!
ead79 You should be proud of yourself. It takes a lot of guts and determination to not buckle under the weight of a couple of off program days. I've been known to just say "what the heck" and keep eating but not you. You just said, so what and got right back on track. That is a wonderful accomplishment, my friend, and it makes me very proud of you to know you have so much strength and determination. You are an inspiration to me.
And on top of that you even maintained your weight this week. Good job. You are focused on your goal and I know you are going to make it. It isn't a question of if you will reach goal. It is simply a matter of when
geetey WOWsers! You have done so well. Don't you just feel proud? Are you smiling? Because I'm smiling. I'm smiling because I'm so proud of you.
Go get that 20 pound loss clippie. You will have the 25 pounder very soon. There's just no stopping you now. You are on your way to goal. I'm sure you will be able to lose 12 more pounds by
Memorial Day. At the rate you are going you may lose more than that.
Good job!
Nikole I hope you got your sinus infection cleared up, I know how miserable they are.
Another two pounds gone forever. You are just burning up that road to goal. Way to go!
Are you still smiling from seeing what the doctor's scale said? I would be. I usually weigh more on the doctor's scale.
Look how successful you are, Nikole. Good job!
Hannosmom My dh drinks at least 8 diet Dr. Peppers every day. It doesn't seem to stall him.
*DISCLAIMER* I know that's a lot. It used to be real Dr. Pepper that he drank, so I'm not complaining about the diet Dr. Pepper
Linda, I have noticed something about Atkins. It seems to me that when you aren't losing pounds you are losing inches. Have you measured yourself? You should do that, if you haven't already. Trust me, it can make the difference between quitting in frustration and feeling proud of yourself. I know that from personal experience.
Losing one pound is still a loss, so be proud of yourself. Don't give up. I need to keep you near me here on WISH you help keep me motivated
FOJMO WOO HOO!!! I'm so glad your new eating plan is working so well for you. Is it controlling your blood sugar too?
Losing 5 pounds in one week is a great accomplishment. I'm really happy and proud for you.
Tiger Lily 03 I like your attitude. You've identified what is slowing you down and you are taking corrective measures. Good job.
You sound very determined and motivated, to me. I'm proud of you. What a wonderful example you are.
perfectmatch300 You are getting smaller! Doesn't matter what the scale says as long as you are getting smaller, right?
Lots of house hunting pd going out to you. You sound so determined to stay on plan. You are going to have that 10 pound clippie very soon. I love your attitude it makes me feel proud of you.
Have a safe trip and good luck finding a house.
TeresaNJ Finally deciding on the eating plan that works best for you is a huge part of successfully losing weight. Sounds like you have figured it out. I love following the Atkins plan it's just easy for me.
I have no doubt at all that you will have that 5 pound clippie before you leave on 5/15, no doubt at all. You are on your way to goal now and you are doing great.
tiggerlover WOO HOO!!!! Another 2.75 pounds gone forever? Look at you go! You are so successful at this weight loss thing. Half way to goal, isn't that a great feeling?
You are on your way to goal and you are inspiring all of us with your determination and positive attitude. I'm really glad that you are part of my support group.
lmhall2000 Oh my gosh, Tara! Look at you go! Another five pounds gone forever. That's 20 sticks of butter. That's a lot of weight to lose in one week. Gosh, you are just doing so well.
I'm very proud of you and I love your new clippie!
PAdisMOM Losing 5 pounds in two weeks is 10 pounds a month. That's progress. That's success!
I'm so glad you are proud of yourself for avoiding temptations and staying on track. I'm proud of you too. I'm really glad you are part of my support group. Your positive attitude is a terrific example for me
Hurry! Go get that new clippie you earned, I can't wait to see how it looks on you.
dizneenut Holy Cow! You lost another 5 pounds? That is wonderful news. Look how well you are doing. May I suppose that you are happy with your Atkins nutritional program? Are you feeling alright? No withdrawal symptoms?
I'm so happy and proud of you. You are on your way to goal and you are getting there fast!
ohMom You know that I feel that as long as you are getting smaller and see results, it doesn't matter what the scale says.
You've lost another 1.5 inches and your clothing is fitting more loosely, that means progress to me. That tells me you are succeeding! I knew you would all along.
I'm really proud of you for staying so motivated. You are an inspiration to me and you have a wonderfully positive attitude.
DiznEeyore You little donkey-huggin DVC member, you. Is it really true? Are you replacing your fat with muscle? It must be true if you gained .5 pounds this past week. You did everything else right so your working out is paying off. Muscle weighs more than fat that's the only explanation I can think of to explain that teeny gain of yours.
I think that's great! That's what you are supposed to do. You are succeeding and I'm very proud of you.
Congratulations to all my WISH friends who lost even one ounce this week. To those who gained--hang in there--the weight will come off eventually. For those lucky people who maintained their weight--be proud, you've proven you will be able to keep your weight off when you have finished losing.
I love hanging out with all you losers.
