Hi all - I'm loving everyone's encouragement here. My weigh in day is Wednesday - but I didn't get a chance to post until now - 4 lbs GONE FOREVER. Still focusing mostly on exercise for another week - Starting 5/21 I'll add in dieting (I've got to enjoy my trip to California next week and my b'day on 5/19 ;) - though I've already scoped out the Curves in San Jose)

4 pounds gone- way to go! Hip Hip Hoooray!!! Love that whoosh fairy and agree that she should show up for all us - like she did for you this week. Determination, committment and support from you and other WISHers should help her to make her appearance at least on WI day!

Thanks for all that you do for each of us, you are so devoted and such an inspiration! You certainly help to keep me on track!

Kath, I have to especially congratulate you on banishing that mean ol' bloat fairy and getting a new clippie!

I snuck in an early WI today and found to my great delight that I lost 4 pounds, which means I'm officially down exactly 10 pounds since starting WISH! :teeth: That's enough motivation all by itself to keep me on track this weekend.

Hmmm. 4 pounds=16 sticks of butter, right? Or in my house, my huge Becel tub of margarine! Cool! Congratulations, Kath! And ALL of those here at WISH, win, lose or draw, it's a great place to be!
 
<b>aurora19</b> Holy Cowabunga! Let me make sure I understand this...you lost 4 whole pounds this past week but you didn't "diet"? Oh my gosh, once you start eating healthy as well as working out you are going to melt away before our eyes!

WOW! I really meant that, too. Just WOW! That's incredible. What type of exercise do you do that takes 4 pounds off in one week? Is it patented or something because if it isn't hard on the knees, I'm buying in to that work out plan ;)

You have motivated me to go get on my ellipitical trainer. Trust me sweetie, it takes a <b>lot</b> of motivation to make me do that ;)

Very impressive progress, Kim. I'm am just happy and proud of you. I hope you are feeling very proud too because you have accomplished <b>alot</b> this past week. Good job!

<b>DiznEeyore</b> I <i>love</i> your new clippie. It looks so good on you. Don't get too attached, though, you and I both know that it won't be long before you trade up to that 15 pounder.

Another 4 pounds gone forever! Do you realize that is 80 slices of bacon? That's right, <b>80 slices of bacon</b> :teeth: That is a lot of fat meat you lost sweetie :) You are just tearing up that road to goal.

Are you smiling? Are you feeling proud? I sure hope so because you made me feel proud of you and you <i>definitely</i> made me smile :) Good job!

Debbie, I agree with you 100%. WISH is a wonderfully motivational, inspirational and happy place to be. I love it here.

Checking in way late this week...only because my work scedule interfered with my regular meeting date. So I went yesterday and lost another 2.6! That puts me at 14.6 in 4 weeks of WW. I was actually told I need to eat more because I'm losing too fast! I eat A LOT! I always eat to my max points...and I've been eating McDonalds and pizza a lot this week or so because my kids scedules for dance have been all over the place.....no time for normal meals!
 
nancy, how amazing that you can eat the max number of points and still lose so well. Another 2.6 pounds gone forever. You are doing so well. Feel proud of yourself because you are on your way to goal and you are getting there quickly.
