I am happy to report that I did get my treadmilling in yesterday (40 minutes). It didn't happen until after lunch and I was so close to saying, oh well, I'll just wait until tomorrow, but I didn't. I got on and was thankful that I did. I also worked all my other exercises in as well, but have got to come up with a schedule. I feel like I'm jumping from one thing to another.
I mentioned that I ate breakfast yesterday before taking Mom to the doctor. I was starving by 10am and had to really watch myself until lunch time. I am thinking though that I did eat it very early and that maybe that was the problem.
I just got off of the TM for 30 minutes and will get the other exercises in after a cup of coffee and mug of water. I am then going to eat some breakfast. I'm thinking that since it is a little later, I probably won't have the problem that I did yesterday. When I ate breakfast yesterday, I truly wasn't hungry, just eating because I had committed to. OK, I'm rambling now and will stop.
Mel-I know what you mean about the not eating after 7pm. We don't have too many of those late night dinners, but it does happen sometimes. I know the feeling of how frustrated it is to be in the middle of exercising and then to get interrupted. It really makes you lose your focus. I too have the issue with drinking the water, but the idea of a cup in the bathroom and fill up after you drain, has been helping me.
honeymo78-Glad you are going to join our thread even though you can't chat. I think that the committment side is the most important part of this idea.
AlreadyexcitedGrammy-Thanks for that reminder of how after 6 weeks it is a habit. Yes we are almost half way there. Way to go on your exercise yesterday and I'm sure I saw you from the distance working out this morning. Wait a minute, I may have seen you in my dreams if you got started real early

.
LMD-Great job on getting your exercise in too. I'm glad that you adjusted your workout with the sore elbow. Is it an exercise injury or something else going on? I have to say that I do believe in a day of rest and I think that our bodies need that as well. I usually do take Sunday's off because that is our day to go to church, family time, etc. so that works for me. I sometimes think that a day off in the middle of the week might would work better, but I like not feeling like I have to exercise on Sunday's.
I am committing to getting my other exercises in, enough H20 and I'm going to eat breakfast here in just a little while.
Keep up the great work everyone. I can't wait to hear how everyone is doing.
