I'm having the same problem myself,
Connie.

I just decided that I am going to the "fake it 'til you make it" stage until it becomes the real thing!
Great idea!!
I am doing WW Points Plus plan but I have to admit that is not working for me right now. I need to do something different but I haven't quite figured out what that is. DH is interested in the Mediterranean diet and I think I can mesh that with Simply Filling on WW. Hmmmm, decisions, decisions . . .
Why not give it a try for a week or two? I'd like to say "nothing ventured, nothing gained" but obviously we don't want to GAIN!!!
So I'll change it to "nothing ventured, nothing learned"! I discovered that combining WW with Atkins was TOUGH, but not un-doable.... and it definitely got the weight off (combined with regular exercise, of course).
How exciting to have won a trip to Pasadena,
Rose!

It sounds like it would be really fun and interesting and I bet they have some fabulous food.

When I read "just gluten intolerance" I was reminded of the folks who say "just the marathon."

"Just gluten intolerance" has been every bit as life altering as any other medical diagnosis could be for you. I bet there will be lots of people with various diagnoses relating to gluten there and I'm sure there will be no gluten free bashing. Go and have fun!

And maybe add a little visit to DL too.
Nicely put!
Last night we ran the 5k course for the race I am doing on Memorial Day week-end. That is two weeks from Sunday so I have my motivation for the next couple of weeks. I need to sign up for another race in June or July to keep the momentum going. I am registered for two 10k in September and October so there is that training to look forward to also. I'm the kind of person who has to register for the next race before starting one or I'll park my butt on the couch for way too long.
Have a great day!
