I just met with a guide at VDH and there was not an extra promo for purchasing during the trip. I didn't ask about Aulani, so perhaps an extra discount is available for there. We did talk about VDH and Poly.

Also, on that point... the guide said we had 7 days to take these promos. I challenged that as I know the promos end in February, but he was insistent that we only had 7 days from the meeting. So, like on day 8 can't I just take a virtual meeting and get the same promos? Isn't the 7-day pressure just a false pressure?

By law, you have to be given the 7 days…after that, if they pull the promo, then you’d be out of luck.

And the terms of all promos is they can be stopped at any time.

I think it’s Aulani/cruise specific as we were also offered the Aulani “special” back in June while there.

Ohh maybe this will help sell more Aulani.

Way back in 2022, Aulani offered something similar. We paid cash for a stay over New Year's and we came darn close to buying DVC at that point.

I don't think there are D23 offer links, at least not the I'm aware of. I think they only have special links for things like Disney Visa, Annual Pass, Castaway Key, etc. I don't think they have typically done a separate offer linked for the $500 discounts - D23, referral, or military. Although if anyone has links they find for this round of incentives, happy to add them. I just clicked through some of the ones from the last round of incentives, and I'm not seeing any that work for this round. I think the D23 Gold $500 is still very much active for actively selling resorts - so that would not include CCV even though it is "on sale" this incentive period.

No, unfortunately not. I don't think we've seen that since this past spring. The only two "extra" discounts this round are the $1,500 off CFW (100+ points) and VDH (100+ points if adding on, 150+ points if new member). $500 D23 Gold (and presumably $500 military although I don't think we have any data points on that). No referral discounts for new members right now either.

The “military discount” (through April 27) is AUL, CFW, VDH, Poly and RIV. Unfortunately the discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

Yes on 150 VDH points there is a $1500 Disneyland 70th credit, the $3450 developer incentive, and the $500 D23 credit.
