We're let in the turnstiles and power walk up to the rope for the park opening.....can I just say studios is my least favorite........I swear this thing goes on for 30 minutes!
All morning Ethan has said that he's riding ToT & RnR. I'm not too optimistic about this actually happening. The other kids in an effort to make him feel better abour RnR, kept going on and on about it. I finally told them to knock it off because they were just making him more anxious.
We got in line and walked right into the "briefing room". All of a sudden Ethan's face is turning green and he looks like he's gonna blow! We reassure him that he doesn't have to ride. D.Jay and Ethan take the chicken exit and the rest of us went for a ride! I love this ride!
We headed over to ToT.........I was sure it would end up being just me and Evan again. last year Bailie freaked out which in turn freaked out Hunter and then Ethan...........and of course D.Jay had to go potty!
As we were walking in I kept chattering to Ethan to keep his mind of the spookiness. When we got into the room with the movie this guy next to me kept making jokes to his wife and it wasn't helping Ethan at all! I really wanted to tell the guy to shut his trap...........but I was nice.
We got up to the elevator and we were still all going to ride............I was sure Ethan was going to have a melt down at any moment..........we borded the elevator with Evan me and Bailie on the back row with D.Jay between Hunter and Ethan in front of us..............seatbelts buckled............Ethan's whining and holding on to D.Jay for dear life...............the door closes........yes! Mission accomplished...........no turning back...................
Bailie screamed into my ear leaving me half deaf, Hunter was laughing and giggling......................................Ethan was making some primal sort of sound not normally heard in civilization! I've heard of screaming like a banshee before, I have no idea what a banshee is but I think I know what one sounds like now! I think D.jay still has fingernail marks on his arm........................I was sure I had scarred him for life...........We get off the ride and Ethan has a huge grin on his face! He loved it!!!

I'd done similar drop rides before, but there is just nothing to compare with how Disney puts together the whole theme thing!
