Wine tasting on the Wonder?

I was reading in my new Passporter and it seems as though the wine tasting is only on the 7 day. Can someone confirm? I just thought that would be something my DF (Fiancee) would enjoy.

I did the winetasting on the 4 day Wonder in January 2002.... it was in Palo's and I highly recommend it!

I also did it on the Wonder in 2001 , I would also highly recommend it

We've done wine tasting twice on Wonder, loved it both times, and learned a lot about wine!

Is the tasting typically near the beginning of the cruise or the end? I'd be interested if it were the beginning so I would have an idea of what wines to order with dinner. If it's at the end, I probably won't bother.
