If you order the wine package, don't have it delivered to your room. Just ask your server to bring them when you want them during dinner (then there is no corking charge). If you want one in your room, you can have room service bring it. I would think if you had them all delivered to your room, and then walked into dinner with a bottle, they would probably charge because they wouldn't know whether it came from the package. Although you could explain to your server - they may let it slide.
When we have ordered the wine package, they have given us a ticket in our room to present to our server, but I've also asked for a bottle from the package at lunch on the first day without the ticket and they have been able to just look it up.
