Hi all,
Just got back from Disney and Windsor Hills on Tues. All and all the townhouse we got was fine. We loved the clubhouse, pool and townhouse's proximity to the clubhouse.

The down side was our house was not kept up too well. Needed paint touch-ups, weeds around the splash pool. But worst of all, my kids feet got black just from the floors and carpet. I ended up mopping the entire 1st floor the first night as I was grossed out. Also, phone rang all the time from telemarkers!:scared:
My recommendation would be to check out the pics carefully on the web site and check on the management company.
We will probably rent again but will be picky with referrals from others. However, not a bad experience for first time renters;)

You should let the owners know! You should also have told them it wasn't clean right upon checkin. As far as the phone ringing, we had that same problem when we first started our phone service there, a quick signup on the national "Do Not Call" registry stopped all of the telemarketing calls, we get zero now. (Another good suggestion to let the owner know about).

Who was the MC?
 
Thanks, I am going to send a quick email to the owners just letting them know some of our "issues". I will PM you with the MC. WE loved the resort, the pool is awesome for kids!!
 

You definitely should...if their MC or cleaners aren't doing a proper job, they need to know it. If the homes needs any maintenance, they need to know about this too. Hard to say who's to blame (well the MC for one), but as an owner I would be upset if someone was unhappy with ANYthing in any of our homes, and I didn't know about it! All it would take is 1 phone call, email, you name it, and it would be addressed! And better to do it early in your trip, like right when you get there!
