Windsor Hills or Venetian Bay Villages?

Which one would you prefer - Windsor Hills or Venetian Bay Villages. I am trying to decide. Any help will be appreciated.

I was also looking at both of them. I decided on Windsor Hills because it is closer and I may want to leave the parks during the day for a rest.
