Probably. I've ridden every scary ride at least once except Space. Too many reports of up chucking and nausea/dizziness to suit me. I'll need some info from those who have gone on it to make up my mind. Drops are OK. Spinning and curlycue turns like on the RnR are not. I have back problems and those are bad for it.

Whether it turns out to be a one hit wonder like RnR and Space Mtn. remains to be seen.

Yes. I am not a total rollercoaster fan but like all of the roller coasters at WDW including Rock N Rollcoaster. Everst looks like it will be great.
