When I booked our ressies,I could not get all the days I wanted. So I ended up making multiple ressies. Do you think they will make us more? Is there a phone number to FW so I can call to ask at the front desk? We are traveling with our Special needs DD. It would be really hard on her. Plus I am bringing a ton of decorations!

Just call back to CRO and give them all the reservation numbers so they can link them. The only time a move may be required is if the reservations are for different types of sites; i.e. 3 days on a partial hook up site and 2 days on a preferred site.

As long as all days are the same type of site they shouldn't require a move.

We extended our stay last summer at the last minute and the cast member linked our reservations also, so we did not have to move.

I just returned from Ft. Wilderness yesterday, and had three different reservations. I did not have to change sites, just had to go to the Outpost and pick up new Resort IDs. I just faxed Ft. Wilderness a few days before I left and gave them all three reservation #s and asked not to move. When I checked in, there was no problem!!

Something that may not be clear. Online reservations are different from phone made ones. I had multiple reservations made online (as the days we wanted became available), there was no way to just add days to an existing reservation online.

When I called about combining them, it was quite a task. They actually cancelled my online reservations and made fresh ones. ("What if you couldn't have made fresh ones?", "Gee, I guess you could have lost your reservations"!!) At least that's how it was handled, in the end, most recently.

Once my reservations were combined, I could no longer see them online. I was told they were in a different system now.

I can say that the folks on the other end of the phone were willing to do whatever I needed. A lesser organization would have sent me packing...

I agree about online reservations. All three of my reservations were online and I tried to link them with CRO over the phone and they seemed confused, so I just dropped it, and let the front desk folks at Ft. Wilderness handle it. They were great!! The fax a few days before hand took care of everything. I also reminded them about the continuing reservations each time I checked back in.
